Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan personal fable dengan perilaku beresiko pada remaja tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana pendekatan kuantitatif adalah pendekatan yang pengolahan datanya dengan menggunakan numerik. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 94 remaja, yang terdiri dari 60 laki-laki dan 34 perempuan. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah skala personal fable hasil transadaptasi dari skala personal fable milik Lapsley (2006), sedangkan untuk skala perilaku beresiko peneliti membuat skala dengan dimensi-dimensi yang diperoleh dari penelitian milik Gullone, Moore, Moss & Boyd (2000) . Skala personal fable tersebut memiliki tiga dimensi yaitu kekebalan, kemahakuasaan dan keunikan pribadi, sedangkan untuk perilaku beresiko terdapat empat dimensi yakni perilaku mencari sensasi, perilaku pemberontak, perilaku semberono dan perilaku antisosial. Setelah diolah serta dilakukan uji hipotesis korelasi maka diperoleh hasil dari kedua variabel sebesar 0.093 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan personal fable dengan perilaku beresiko. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah hipotesis nol diterima yakni tidak terdapat hubungan personal fable dengan perilaku beresiko pada remaja tengah.
English Abstract
This study aim to know that the relationship of personal fable with risk behavior in middle adolescence. This study used quantitative approach where data processing’s quantitative approach based on numerical data. Samples of this study were 94 middle adolescence consisting of 60 boys and 34 girls. Measuring instruments of this study is a Personal fable scale by Lapsley (2006) and then for risk behavior scale researchers use dimension from journal Gullone, Moore, Moss & Boyd (2000). Personal fable scale which consist of three dimensions are invulnerability, omnipotence and personal uniqueness and the risk behavior scale which consist of four dimensions are thrill seeking behaviours, rebellious behaviours, reklles behaviours and antisocial behaviours. After processed and hypothesis correlation tested obtained results from both variabels of 0.093 so there is no relationship of personal fable with risk bahaviour in middle adolescence. The conclusion of this study is nul hypothesis accepted that there were no relationship of personal fable with risk behavior in middle adolescence.
