Abstract
Keberhasilan program rehabilitasi penyalahguna NAPZA dipengaruhi oleh mekanisme koping mereka. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi mekanisme koping adalah harga diri, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara harga diri dengan mekanisme koping klien NAPZA yang sedang menjalani rehabilitasi di Pusat Rehabilitasi Purbokayun Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah klien yang sedang menjalani program rehabilitasi sosial yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah harga diri dan mekanisme koping klien NAPZA yang sedang menjalani rehabilitasi. Hasil uji korelasi peringkat Spearman menunjukkan bahwa nilai p sebesar 0.000 dengan arah korelasi positif, dan didapatkan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.926. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah klien yang mempunyai harga diri yang tinggi juga mempunyai mekanisme koping yang adaptif, sehingga disarankan untuk Pusat Rehabilitasi untuk meningkatkan harga diri dan mekanisme koping klien melalui therapeutic community, logoterapi, dan konseling, sehingga klien tidak mengalami relapse.
English Abstract
The success of rehabilitation programs of NAPZA’s abuser influenced by their coping mechanisms. One of the factors that can influenced the coping mechanism is self-esteem. This research aimed to prove the existence of relationship between self-esteem and coping mechanism of NAPZA’s clients are doing rehabilitation at Purbokayun Rehabilitation Center of Blitar Regency. This research used observational analytical design with cross sectional approach. The samples in this research were clients are doing social rehabilitation program that amounted to 30 people. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. The variables measured in this study were self-esteem and clients’ coping mechanisms are doing rehabilitation. The result of Spearman rank correlation test showed p value was 0.000 with positive correlation and achieved the result of correlation coefficient of 0.926. The conclusion of this research was that clients had high self-esteem also had adaptif coping mechanism, therefore, it was suggested for Rehabilitation Center to improve self-esteem and clients’ coping mechanism through therapeutic community, logotherapy, and counseling, so that clients do not relapse.
