Abstract
2003. Kesehatan keselamatan kerja yang harus diterapkan kepada para karyawan PT. Waskita memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengurangi biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan apabila timbul kecelakaan kerja pada karyawan. Pekerjaan tersebut menuntut produktivitas kerja tinggi sehingga dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja dengan kondisi kesehatan yang prima dan menerapkan keselamatan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal pada variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuisioner terhadap karyawan proyek PT. Waskita Karya Probolinggo. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan hasil sebanyak 130 responden. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Hasil analisis determinasi juga menunjukkan bahwa 60,7% produktivitas
English Abstract
Occupational safety and health is one aspect of labor protection regulated in Law Number 13 Year 2003. Occupational safety health that must be applied to the employees of PT. Waskita has a goal that is to reduce the costs incurred by the company if an employee accident occurs. The work demands high work productivity so that it is performed by the workforce with excellent health conditions and implementing work safety. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research that aims to explain the causal relationship on the variable through hypothesis testing. Data were collected through a survey using questionnaires of PT project employees. Waskita Karya Probolinggo. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the result of 130 respondents. Hypotheses were tested by using multiple regression analysis, the result showed that health and safety simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity (Y) with a significance value of 0.000. While partially, health and safety also have a significant influence on work productivity (Y). The result of determination analysis also shows that 60,7% work productivity can be explained by health and work safety while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this research
