Abstract
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan dalam menentukan bobot dari masing-masing kriteria serta menentukan supplier terbaik. Taguchi Loss Function digunakan untuk menganalisis kerugian supplier berdasarkan kriteria serta kerugian total supplier dengan bobot kriteria yang didapatkan dari AHP. Kedua metode tersebut digunakan dalam proses pemilihan supplier di Rumah Sakit wijaya Kusuma (RSWK) Lumajang. RSWK bekerjasama dengan supplier obat-obatan seperti Cefadroxil Capsule, Asam Mefenamat, Cetorolac Injeksi, Ranitidin Injeksi, dan Ondancentron injeksi yang masingmasing jenis obatnya berasal dari lima supplier yang sama. Dari hasil analisa AHP dan Taguchi Loss Function didapatkan supplier terbaik dari kelima jenis obat adalah supplier I yaitu Esenval Putra Megatrading (Hexpharm Jaya) dengan nilai total kerugian sebesar Rp. 189.433,90.
English Abstract
Analytical Hierarchy Process is method for for decision making used to determine weight from each criteria and selected the best supplier. Taguchi Loss Function used to analysis the loss of supplier based on criteria and total loss with weight from AHP. Both of the methods used to selection the best supplier in Wijaya Kusuma Hospital Lumajang. Wijaya Kusuma Hospital have relation with drug suppliers like Cefadrokxil Capsule, Mefenamat Acid, Cetorolac Injection, Ranitidin Injection, and Ondancentrin Injection which is every drugs from the five same suppliers. The result from AHP and Taguchi Loss Function the best supplier is supplier I from Esenval Putra Megatrading (Hexpharm Jaya) and Rp. 189.433,90 for losses.
