Abstract
Hiperlipidemia merupakan terjadinya kelainan metabolisme lipid yaitu di tandai dengan peningkatan kadar lipid dalam darah. Lemon dan jeruk nipis yang mempunyai kandungan flavonoid yaitu hesperidin dan vitamin C diharapkan dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total dalam darah. Oleh karena tersebut dilakukan penelitian mengenai perbadingan pemberian perasan lemon dan jeruk nipis pada kadar kolesterol total yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus putih jantan galur wistar. Kelompok percobaan dibagi menjadi 8 kelompok perlakuan. P0 (40 gram high fat diet), P1 (simvastatin 2 ml/ekor/hari + 40 gram high fat diet), P2 (perasan lemon 1 ml/ekor/hari + 40 gram high fat diet), P3 (perasan lemon 2 ml+ 40 gram high fat diet), P4 (perasan lemon 3 ml+ 40 gram high fat diet), P5 (perasan jeruk nipis 1 ml + 40 gram high fat diet), P6 (perasan jeruk nipis sebesar 2 ml + 40 gram high fat diet), P7 (perasan jeruk nipis sebesar 3 ml+ 40 gram high fat diet) yang diberikan secara oral. Analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Pada penelitian post test menujukan hasil berbeda signifikan pada kadar kolesterol total kelompok P0 – P5(α = 0,017) , P0-P6(α = 0,017) ,P3-P5(α = 0,036),P3-P6(α = 0,036).Kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan pada P3 (lemon 1ml/ekor/hari+40 gram High fat diet), P5(Jeruk nipis 1ml/ekor/hari+40 gram High Fat diet) dan P6 (Jeruk nipis 2ml/ekor/hari+40 gram High fat diet) kadar kolesterol total post-test yang signifikan antar kelompok perlakuan
English Abstract
Hyperlipidemia is for congenital anomalies lipid metabolism is in mark with the increase in the level of lipid in the blood. Lemon and lime that has a womb flavonoid namely hesperidin and vitamin C is expected to reduce total cholesterol in the blood. Because it is done research about comparison gift fino lemon juice and lime juice on the total cholesterol is given dietary fat. This research uses the white bull galur wistar rats trial groups were divided into 8 groups of treatment. P0 (40 grams high fat diet), P1 (simvastatin 2 ml/day 40 grams high fat diet), P2 (fino lemon juice 1 ml/day 40 grams high fat diet), P3 (fino lemon juice 2 ml/day 40 grams high fat diet), P4 (fino lemon juice 3 ml/day 40 grams high fat diet), P5 ( lime juice 1 ml/day//40 grams high fat diet), P6 (lime juice of 2 ml/day 40 grams high fat diet), P7 (lime juice of 3 ml/day 40 grams high fat diet) given orally. Statistical Analysis using SPSS 16.0. On the research of the post test results demonstrating significant at different levels of total cholesterol group P0 – P5 (α = 0.017), P0-P6 (α = 0.017), P3-P5 (α = 0,036), P3-P6 (α = 0.036). Conclusion there is a difference on P3 (lemon 1ml/head/day + 40 grams of High fat diet), P5 (lime 1ml/head/day + 40 grams of High Fat diet), and P6 (lime 2 ml/head/day + 40 grams of High fat diet) in total cholesterol levels post-test significant between treatment groups
