Abstract

Perusahaan Gizi Food adalah salah satu perusahaan keripik kentang siap saji yang cukup terkenal di Kota Batu. Perusahaan Gizi Food Batu mengutamakan proses produksi untuk menunjang keberhasilan perusahaan dalam melayani kebutuhan konsumen. Pengukuran kinerja yang pernah dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Gizi Food Batu adalah penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan dan pemberian insentif berdasarkan kompetensi karyawan. Perusahaan belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara menyeluruh sebelumnya yang melibatkan stakeholder, dimana stakeholder merupakan aset paling penting pada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja yang memperhatikan kebutuhan – kebutuhan dari setiap stakeholder. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran dan informasi kepada perusahaan tentang tingkat pencapaian kinerja yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan dan menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan Gizi Food Batu. Metode pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan adalah menggunakanIntegrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS). IPMS merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang memperhatikan kebutuhan – kebutuhan dari setiap stakeholder (stakeholder requirement). Penggunaan metode Integrated Performance Measurement 9 Systems ini dikombinasikan dengan metode Analitical Hirarcy Process, metode Objective matrix (OMAX) dan metode Traffic Light System. Analisis terhadap kebutuhan para stakeholder perusahaan kemudian dilakukan penyusunan objectives, identifikasi KPI, penyusunan dan pengisian kuesioner oleh responden, dan melakukan pembobotan KPI agar dapat diketahui key performance indicators yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan oleh pihak perusahaan. Responden adalah manajer perusahaan. Responden memberikan verifikasi pada kuesioner stakeholder requirement, kuesioner stakeholder objective, dan kuesioner KPI serta memberikan penilaian untuk kuesioner pembobotan. Hasil pengukuran kinerjadengan menggunakan metode Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) diperoleh sebanyak 33 KPI yang terdiri dari 7 KPI investor, 9 KPI customer, 9 KPI employee, 4 KPI masyarakat, dan 4 KPI supplier. Dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light System dihasilkan 23 KPI merupakan kategori hijau, 5 KPI tergolong kategori kuning dan 5 KPI merupakan kategori merah. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang masuk dalam kategori kuning adalahTotal asset turn over (I1b), Debt to equity (I1c), rentabilitas ekonomi (I2b), frekuensi promosi barang (C2c), dan Peningkatan inovasi produk (C3c).Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang masuk dalam kategori merah adalahfrekuensi penerbitan dan evaluasi LPJ keuangan (I1a),Current ratio (I3a), persentase karyawan yang mendapat dana jaminan sosial tenaga kerja (E1e), frekuensi evaluasi dan review pekerjaan (E2a), dan persentase kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan yang telah dilakukan.

English Abstract

Gizi Food Batu Company is one of the famous potato chip producer in Batu. The company prioritizes the production process to support the company’s success in serving the needs of consumers. The performance measurement which has ever done by Gizi Food Batu Company are an assessment of the achievements of the labor intensive and the granting of employee based on employee competency. The company has never done the previous overall performance measurement involving stakeholder, where stakeholder are the most important asset of the company. Therefore, the company needs to measure consideringstakeholder requirements. This study aimed to provide an overview and information to the company about the level of achievement of the performance that can be used in doing performance improvement company and produce recommendations for improvements that can be applied to Gizi Food Batu Company. The performance measurement method was Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS). IPMS is one of the performance measurement method that pays attention to the stakeholder requirements. The use of IPMS method was combined with Analitical Hirarcy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX) method and Traffic Light System method. Analysis was carries out on the stakeholder requirements ,then arrange the objectives, identify KPI,the priority of KPI to be improved, then was determined by weighting the KPI arrange and fill the questionnaire by respondent.The respondent was the manager of the company. Respondent give the verification to stakeholder requirement questionnaire, stakeholder objective questionnaire and KPI questionnaire. The result of performance measurement with Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) was 33 KPI that consist of 7 investor’s KPI, 9 customer’s KPI, 9 employee’s KPI, 4 community’s KPI, and 4 supplier’s KPI. By using Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System method, 23 KPI were in green category, 5 KPI were classified as yellow category and 5 KPI were in red category. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) included in the yellow category were Total asset turnover (I1b),Debt to equity (I1c), economic profitability (I2b),frequency of goods promotion (C2c), and Improvement of product innovation C3c). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) included in the red category were frequency of issuance and evaluation of financial report (I1a), Current ratio (I3a),percentage of employees who receive social security guarantee fund (E1e), KPI frequency evaluation and job review (E2a), and percentage of training and employee development activities.
