Abstract
Pengendalian kualitas merupakan suatu teknik yang perlu dilaksanakan sebelum menjalankan proses produksi, pada saat produksi berlangsung sampai dengan proses akhir hingga menghasilkan suatu produk. Dalam hal ini, peneliti membahas tentang Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Java Coffee pada PT. RNM, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Pada tahun 2017 ini, PT. RNM akan melakukan ekspor sendiri Java Coffee serta berencana memperluas pemasaran. Sedangkan fakta yang ada dilapang menunjukkan bahwa adanya indikasi kerusakan produk java coffee pada saat proses produksi yang mempengaruhi kualitas dari java coffee yang dihasilkan. Banyaknya perusahaan yang memproduksi kopi juga menjadi tantangan bagi PT. RNM untuk mempertahankan konsumen java coffee agar tidak berpindah ke produsen lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas pada PT. RNM dalam memproduksi java coffee, menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pada produksi java coffee yang diproduksi oleh PT. RNM dan menganalisis atribut yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk java coffee yang diproduksi oleh PT.RNM Surabaya. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode critical case sampling. Responden yang dipilih untuk dilakukan wawancara berjumlah 2 orang yaitu kepala produksi dan bagian administrasi. Sedangkan untuk metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment) metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Accidental Sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Non Probability dimana teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilh menjadi sampel karena jumlah konsumen Java Coffee tidak dapat diketahui. Ukuran sampel yang layak dalam suatu penelitian adalah antara 30 sampai dengan 500. Sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai responden adalah 30 konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produksi java coffee pada PT. RNM rata-rata masih berada dalam batas kendali. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis statistik yaitu peta kendali p. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan peta kendali p menunjukkan kerusakan hanya terdapat pada satu titik yaitu titik 2 (bulan Agustus 2016) yang berada diatas batas kendali atas/Upper Control Limit (UCL) dan terdapat 3 titik yang berada dalam batas kendali atas/Upper Control Limit (UCL) dan batas kendali bawah/ Lower Control Limit (LCL).Dan berdasarkan analisa dengan menggunakan rumah kualitas/ House Of Quality pada metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD), dapat diketahui dari 5 atribut, atribut yang paling mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen adalah rasa dengan kata lain produk java coffee produksi PT. RNM memiliki keunggulan pada atribut rasa.
English Abstract
Quality control is a technique that must be implemented before running production process , when production lasted until with the end of until produce a product . In this case, researchers talk about product quality control java coffee in In 2017 , PT .RNM will do export own java coffee and plans to expand marketing.While the facts in roomy shows that an indication of damage java products coffee during the process production from java affect the quality of coffee produced. Many companies producing coffee also be a challenge for PT .RNM to maintain consumers java coffee not to move to other manufacturers. The study is done to analyze the quality control in PT.RNM in producing java coffee , analyzing factors affect the quality of to the production of java coffee produced by PT. RNM and analyze attributes influences the level of the customer satisfaction java coffee produced by PT. RNM Surabaya. Withdrawal sample of this research in a critical case of sampling. Respondents selected to interviewed were two people the head of production and administration. While to the method QFD ( Quality Function Deployment ) the method of the sample used is accidental sampling. Accidental sampling is technique the sample collection in non probability where technique the sample not gives a chance / equal opportunities for every element or a member of a population to choose be samples because number of consumers java coffee it cannot be known. Size sample that are presentable in a research is between 30 and to 500. So thats why the number of sample used in this research is 30 consumers. This research using the method of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results of this study demonstrate the implementation of quality control of production java coffee at PT. RNM average remained within the bounds of the control. It can be seen from the results of a statistical analysis that is map control p. Based on analysis results with map control p indicate the damage is only found at one point i.e the point 2 (August 2016) located above the Upper Control Limit (UCL) and there are three points that are within the control of Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower ControlLimit (LCL). And based on the analysis by using the House of quality/House Of Quality on the methods of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), known from the 5 attributes, the attribute that most influences the level of consumer satisfaction is taste in other words products java coffee production PT. RNM has the edge on the attributes of flavor.
