Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh yang diuji tersebut antara lain, pengaruh budaya perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 55 karyawan dan agen PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Kediri. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis diskriptif dan analisis inferensial yang terdiri dari uji f dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Budaya Perusahaan dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi p=0.000 (p<0.05) dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,082. Variabel Budaya Perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi p=0.012 (p<0.05) dan nilai thitung sebesar 2.596. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi p=0.000 (p<0.05) dan nilai thitung sebesar 5.183.
English Abstract
This study is conducted in order to analyze and examine the impact between the variables of this study. The impacts studied on this study cover the impacts of company’s culture to employee’s performance and the impacts of working environment to employee’s performance. In this study, the writer used an explanatory research with a quantitative approach of study, data collection techniques used simple random sampling. The data of this study are 55 employee and agent of PT. Prudential Life Assurance Kediri Branch. In collecting the data, the writer used questionnaire and recording as her means. The writer used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis which consist of uji f and uji t in analyzing the data of this study. The findings of this study shows that Company’s Culture and Working Environment are simultaneously affect the Employee’s Performance within significant score as much p=0.000 (p<0.05) and Fhitung score as much 36,082. Company’s Culture variable partially affects Employee’s Performance with significant score as much p=0.012 (p<0.05) and thitung score as much 2.596. Working Environment variable is also partially affects Employee’s Performance significantly with significant score p=0.000 (p<0.05) and thitung score as much 5.183.
