Abstract
Dalam suatu organisasi, perilaku mempengaruhi kerja karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas. Sasaran utama dari program reward adalah untuk menarik induvidu yang berkualitas, memotivasi karyawan agar tetap tinggal, dan mencapai kinerja yang lebih tinggi. Usaha perubahan organisasi membutuhkan partisipasi dari semua karyawan, itu akan tercapai bila juga ada kemauan dan kemampuan dari masing-masing individu karyawan. Perilaku dari karyawan yang diharapkan oleh organisasi dan menjadi tuntutan organisasi tidak hanya perilaku in role, tetapi juga periaku extra role yang disebut Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kinerja karyawan; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan perbedaan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada tenaga keperawatan senior dan junior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Kota Malang dengan sampel berjumlah 48 perawat. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis korelasi dan uji beda rata-rata chi square. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yaitu: terdapat hubungan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kinerja karyawan dan tenaga keperawatan senior cenderung memiliki Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) lebih tinggi dibandingkan perawat junior. Semua variabel yang diujikan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Data penelitian ini mendapatkan beberapa kesimpulan penting bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kinerja karyawan; (2) terdapat perbedaan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada tenaga keperawatan senior dan junior.
English Abstract
In an organization, the behavior affects the work of employees in carrying out the task. The main target of the reward program is to attract a qualified induvidu, motivate employees to stay, and achieve higher performance. Organizational change efforts require the participation of all employees, it will be achieved if there is also the willingness and ability of each individual employee. The behavior of employees is expected by the organization and the demands of the organization not only in role behavior, but also an extra role called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to (1) to know and explain the relationship Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with employee performance; (2) to know and explain the difference Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on senior and junior nursing staff. This research was conducted at Permata Bunda Hospital Kota Malang with sample of 48 nurses. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis are correlation analysis and mean difference test of chi square. The result of this research is: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) relationship with senior employee and nursing staff performance tend to have Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) higher than junior nurse. All the variables tested have a positive and significant effect. This research get some important conclusions that (1) there is a relationship Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with employee performance; (2) there is a difference Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on senior and junior nursing staff.
