Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Jawa Timur Park 1 sejumlah 251 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 174 karyawan Jawa Timur Park 1. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert .Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, hierarchial regression analysis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis uji validitas, reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu dilakukan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, 2) perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, 3) job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Selain itu 4) job satisfaction terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh pada organizational citizenship behavior, hal tersebut bararti bahwa semakin tinggi perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction, semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior.

English Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support (POS) to organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction. The population of this research was employees of Jawa Timur Park 1 as much 251 people. Sampling technic used in this research was cluster sampling. The sample of this research was 174 employees of Jawa Timur Park 1. Quantitative approach used in this research. Data were collected by using questionnaire as measured by Likert scale. To test the hypotheses in this research, a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 21. Prior to the hypothesis testing, preliminary analyses which include validity, reliability, and regression assumption were done. The result showed that 1) perceived organizational support hada positive effect on the job satisfaction, 2) perceived organizational support had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 3) job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, 4) job satisfaction is proved as a mediating variable on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. The conclusion of this research was that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have influence onorganizational citizenship behavior of employees in Jawa Timur Park 1. It means that the higher perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, the higher organizational citizenship behavior.
