Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh faktor lingkungan eksternal terhadap faktor lingkungan internal, faktor lingkungan eksternal terhadap kinerja usaha, dan faktor lingkungan internal terhadap kinerja usaha. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian explanatori research dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer dan pemilik/manajer sebagai objek penelitian. Total sampel berjumlah 108 responden UMKM makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Batu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan eksternal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap faktor lingkungan internal, faktor lingkungan eksternal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, dan faktor lingkungan internal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha.
English Abstract
This study aimed to analyze and explain the influence of external environmental factors on internal environmental factors, along with the influence of external and internal environmental factors on business performance. This research was an explanatory research, using the questionnaire as the primary data and appointing the owners/managers of the enterprises as the object of the research. The total sample of this research was 108 respondents of SMEs in the sector of food and beverage that were registered in the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industries, and Trades of Batu City. The data were analysed using smart PLS 3.0. The data analysis of this research indicated that external environmental factors had a positive and significant influence on internal environmental factors. Similarly, external and internal environmental factors also had a positive and significant influence on business performance.
