Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran budaya jawa dalam pencapaian efektivitas organisasi dan untuk mengetahui budaya jawa apa saja yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan observasi tentang proses pelaksanaan pelayanan masyarakat pada kantor desa. Peneliti mengidentifikasi apakah budaya jawa masih diterapkan dan dipegang teguh oleh Pamong Desa. Mengetahui apakah budaya jawa yang masih diterapkan itu masih relevan dan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada kantor desa dalam menjalankan pemerintahan desa dan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dimana paneliti mendeskripsikan secara rinci pengaruh dari masih diterapkannya budaya jawa oleh para pamong desa di Desa Malangan, Puron, Ngasinan, dan Lengking terhadap pelaksanaan proses pemerintahan dan pemberian pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masayarakat, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap pamong desa yang ditunjuk oleh kepala desa dan beberapa Kepala Desa di Desa Malangan, Puron, Ngasinan dan lengking yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang Budaya Jawa. Selanjutnya observasi dilakukan selama 2 bulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih diterapkannya budaya jawa berperan positif terhadap pencapaian efektifitas organisasi di kantor desa. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan penerapan budaya jawa pada kantor desa Malangan, Puron, Ngasinan dan Lengking pelayanan masyarakat menjadi maksimal. Budaya jawa yang masih diterapkan oleh pamong desa Malangan, Puron, Ngasinan, dan Lengking Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang perpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas organisasinya antara lain: (a) Memberikan suritauladan yang baik, (b) Gotong royong, (c) Alon – alon penting kelakon, (d) Tanggungjawab, (e) Tepa slira, (f) Ewuh perkewuh, (g) Melakukan pendekatan personal jika terjadi pelanggaran.
English Abstract
The research was purposed to find out the influence of java culture on organizational effectiveness achievement and what kind of java culture influencing on the organizational effectiveness. This research was initiated by observing public service implementation at the Village office and identify whether the java Culture was still implemented and adhered by the village officials and also whether the implementation of java culture was still relevant to the effectiveness achievement and influence to the effectiveness achievement at The village office in performing village government and serving on society. This research used qualitative analysis descriptive with case study approach where the researcher describe in detail the influence of java culture implementation by the village officials in Malangan Village, Puron Village, Ngasinan Village, and Lengking Village to the performing of Government and the provision of maximum service to the society. The collecting of the data was done to the village officials who knew java culture by the chief Village appointment in Malangan Village, Puron Village, Ngasinan Village, Leking Village. The observation was done in 2 months. The result of the research showed that the java culture which was still implemented, influence positively to the organizational effectiveness at Village office. It was proved by the java culture implementation in Malangan Village, Puronan Village, Ngasinan Village, and Lengking village, which is their public services become maximum. The java culture which was still implemented by the village officials in Malangan Village, Puron Village, Ngasinan Village, And lengking village, Bulu Sub-district, Sukoharjo Regency influence positively to the organizational effectiveness, such are : a) giving good representative b)mutual cooperation c)slowly but it has done as priority d)responsibility e) implementation the condition of others as ourself f) polite awareness, g) conduct a personal approach in case of violation.
