Abstract

Kale Curly menjadi banyak diminati hingga disebut sebagai “ratu sayur”, karena memiliki nutrisi yang tinggi serta banyaknya manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Manfaat Kale Curly antara lain mengurangi resiko penyakit seperti pencernaan, obesitas, kanker, jantung, dan diabetes karena kale kaya prebiotik dan serat (Migliozzi et al., 2015). Harga sayur Kale hidroponik dipasaran sangat tinggi dibanding sayuran lainnya karena Kale memiliki kebutuhan nutrisi lebih banyak. Nutrisi umum yang digunakan dalam budidaya hidroponik adalah pupuk AB Mix yang memiliki harga relatif mahal. Penggunaan limbah pertanian vinasse, daun lamtoro dan kulit pisang yang diproses secara fermentasi menjadi pupuk organik cair merupakan salah satu pilihan efektif dan aman bagi lingkungan yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen akan produk hidroponik yang aman dan mengurangi biaya yang mahal dalam budidaya hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 sampai dengan Juni 2022 di Kecamatan Dau, Kelurahan Karangwidoro, Malang yang terletak pada ketinggian ± 650 m diatas permukaan laut, curah hujan rata - rata 200 - 250 mm pertahun dengan suhu minimun 27 derajat celcius dan suhu maksimun 30 derajat celcius. Adapun rancangan penelitian yang akan digunakan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok diulang sebanyak 3 kali, komposisi nutrisi terdiri dari 10 taraf, N1: AB Mix 100%, N2: AB Mix 75% + ( 25% POC Vinasse + Kulit Pisang), N3: AB Mix 75% + (25% POC Vinasse + Lamtoro), N4: AB Mix 75% + (25% POC Vinasse + Kulit Pisang + Lamtoro), N5: AB Mix 50% + (50% POC Vinasse + Kulit Pisang), N6: AB Mix 50% + (50% POC Vinasse + Lamtoro), N7: AB Mix 50% + (50 % POC Vinasse + Kulit Pisang + Lamtoro), N8: AB Mix 25% + (75% POC Vinasse + Kulit Pisang), N9: AB Mix 25% + (75% POC Vinasse + Lamtoro), N10: AB Mix 25% + (75% POC Vinasse + Kulit Pisang + Lamtoro ). Variabel pengamatan yang akan diamati antara lain panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, klorofil, bobot segar tajuk, bobot segar akar, panjang akar, shoot root ratio, kadar antioksidan, dan kadar vitamin C. Data hasil pengamatan yang didapatkan akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (Uji F) dengan taraf 5 %. Apabila data hasil pengamatan terdapat pengaruh nyata maka akan dilanjutkan menggunakan uji BNT dengan taraf 5%. Secara keseluruhan perlakuan AB Mix 100% menujukkan pertumbuhan dan hasil yang lebih tinggi namun tidak berbeda nyata dengan komposisi nutrisi AB Mix 75% + 25% pupuk organik cair. Namun, pada hasil analisa kandungan antioksidan dan vitamin c menujukkan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata. Perlakuan komposisi nutrisi AB Mix 75% + 25% (Pupuk Organik Cair Vinasse + Kulit Pisang + Lamtoro) merupakan perlakuan komposisi terbaik untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk AB Mix karena menghasilkan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan AB Mix 100% pada semua variabel pengamatan pertumbuhan ii dan hasil tanaman kale curly. Terutama pada bobot segar tajuk AB Mix 75% + 25% (Pupuk Organik Cair Vinasse + Kulit Pisang + Lamtoro) menghasilkan bobot segar yang lebih besar dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih besar serta biaya produksi yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan perlakuan lain

English Abstract

Kale Curly has become so much in demand that it is called the “queen of vegetables”, because it has high nutrition and many health benefits. Kale Curly benefits include reducing the risk of diseases such as digestion, obesity, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes because kale is rich in prebiotics and fiber (Migliozzi et al., 2015). The price of hydroponic Kale in the market is very high compared to other vegetables because Kale has more nutritional needs. The general nutrient used in hydroponic cultivation is AB Mix fertilizer which has a relatively expensive price. The use of vinasse waste, lamtoro leaves and banana peels which are fermented into organic fertilizer is an effective and safe option for the environment which is expected to overcome problems in meeting the demand for safe hydroponic products and reduce costs incurred in hydroponic cultivation. The research conducted in April 2022 to June 2022 in Dau District, Karangwidoro Village, Malang which is located at an altitude of ± 650 m above sea level, rainfall averages 200 - 250 mm per year with a minimum temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature 30 degrees Celsius. The research design used Randomized Block Design repeated 3 times. The Nutritional Composition consists of 10 levels, N1: AB Mix 100%, N2: AB Mix 75% + (25% LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel), N3: AB Mix 75% + (25% LOF Vinasse + Leucanea Leaf), N4: AB Mix 75% + (25% LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel + Leucanea Leaf), N5: AB Mix 50% + (50% LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel), N6: AB Mix 50% + (50% LOF Vinasse + Leucanea Leaf), N7: AB Mix 50% + (50 % LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel + Leucanea Leaf), N8: AB Mix 25% + (75% LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel), N9: AB Mix 25% + (75% LOF Vinasse + Leucanea Leaf), N10: AB Mix 25% + (75% LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel + Leucanea Leaf). The variable observed included plant length, number of leaves, chlorophyll, fresh weight, fresh root weight, root length, shoot root ratio, antioxidant levels, and vitamin C levels. The results of the observational data obtained will be analyzed using analysis of variance (Test F) with a level of 5%. If the results of the observation data have a significant effect, it will be continued using the BNT test with a level of 5%. The result showed that the 100% AB Mix treatment showed higher growth and yield but not significantly different from the nutrient composition of 75% AB Mix + 25% liquid organic fertilizer. However, the results of the analysis of the content of antioxidants and vitamin C showed results that were not significantly different. The treatment of the nutritional composition of AB Mix 75% + 25% (LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel + Leucanea Leaf) is the best composition treatment to reduce the use of AB Mix fertilizer because it produces results that are not significantly different from AB Mix 100% treatment on all variabels of growth observation and yield of curly kale. Especially the fresh weight of AB Mix 75% + 25% (LOF Vinasse + Banana Peel + Leucanea Leaf) yields higher fresh weight and generates greater profit and lower production costs compared to other treatments
