Abstract

Tanah menjadi media tempat tumbuh tanaman serta pernyedia unsur hara bagi tanaman, tanah mampu menyediakan air dan berbagai unsur hara baik mikro maupun mikro yang sangat diperlukan tanaman. Ketersediaan unsur hara sendiri merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembanagan tanaman. Salah satu upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman padi ialah teknologi pemupukannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unsur hara pada tanaman tersebut. Sejalan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dibidang pemupukan serta terjadinya perubahan status hara dalam tanah perlu adanya pengujian rekomendasi pupuk yang perlu disempurnakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi pupuk organik cair dan pupuk anorganik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi dan untuk mengetahui kombinasi dosis pupuk organik cair yang optimal pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah perbedaan dosis pupuk organik cair dan pupuk anorganik menyebabkan perbedaan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juni 2022 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2022 di Desa Sekaran, Kecamatan Kayen Kidul, Kabupaten Kediri.. Penelitian Pengaruh Kombinasi Pupuk Organik Cair dan Pupuk Anorganik Pada Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Padi (Oryza sativa L)ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) berpola tunggal yaitu kombinasi dosis pupuk organik cair dan pupuk anorganik. Taraf dosis pupuk organik cair meliputi : Kontrol (tanpa perlakuan pupuk), Pupuk anorganik (100% NPK), 100% pupuk organik cair + 80% pupuk an organik-K, 50% pupuk organik cair + 80% pupuk an organik-K, 150% pupuk organik cair + 80% pupuk an organik-K, 200% pupuk organik cair + 80% pupuk an organik-K, 100% pupuk organik cair. Diulang sebanyak 4 ualangan sehingga terdapat 28 petak percobaan. Setiap petak percobaan terdapat 266 populasi tanaman padi. Metode pengambilan sampel berupa metode destruktif dan non destruktif. Metode destruktif untuk pengamatan luas daun, bobot kering dan serapan hara tanaman. Sedangkan metode non destruktif untuk pengamatan pertumbuhan tanaman meliputi panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan. Data pertumbuhan dan hasil tamaman diolah secara statistik dengan ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan pembandingan antar perlakuan dengan uji bedanyata DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) pada taraf uji 5%. Setelah didapatkan hasil maka akan dihitung penilaian keefektifan secara agronomis dengan perhitungan Nilai Relativitas Agronomis (RAE). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini pemberian kombinasi pupuk organik cair dan pupuk anorganik berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Pemberian kombinasi pupuk organik cair dan pupuk anorganik pada dosis 573,72 liter per hektar pada pemupukan anorganik 80% dosis standar per hektar memberikan hasil lebih optimal pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi

English Abstract

Soil is a medium for plant growth and a source of plant nutrients, soil is able to provide water and various micro and micro nutrients that plants really need. The availability of nutrients itself is one of the factors that can affect plant growth and development. One effort that can be used to increase rice production is fertilization technology to meet the nutrient needs of these plants. In line with the development of technology in the field of fertilization and changes in nutrient status in the soil, it is necessary to test fertilizer recommendations that need to be refined. This research aims to determine the effect of a combination of liquid organic fertiliser and inorganic fertiliser in increasing the growth and yield of rice plants and to determine the optimal combination of doses of liquid organic fertiliser on the growth and yield of rice plants. The hypothesis of this research is that different doses of liquid organic fertiliser and inorganic fertiliser cause differences in the growth and yield of rice plants.This research was carried out from June 2022 to October 2022 in Sekaran Village, Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency. The study of the effect of a combination of liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on the growth and yield of rice ( Oryza sativa L) used a single pattern randomized block design (RBD), namely a combination of doses of liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer dosage levels include: Control (without fertilizer treatment), inorganic fertilizer (100% NPK), 100% fertilizer organic liquid + 80% organic fertilizer -K , 50 % fertilizer organic liquid + 80% organic fertilizer -K , 150 % fertilizer organic liquid + 80% organic fertilizer -K , 200 % fertilizer organic liquid + 80% organic fertilizer -K , 100 % fertilizer organic liquid . Repeated for 4 repetitions so that there are 28 trial plots. Each experimental plot contained 266 populations of rice plants. Sampling methods in the form of destructive and non-destructive methods. Destructive method for observing leaf area, dry weight and plant nutrient uptake. While non-destructive methods for observing plant growth include plant length, number of leaves, number of tillers. Growth data and garden yields were processed statistically with ANOVA followed by comparisons between treatments with the DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) at a test level of 5%. After obtained results so will counted evaluation effectiveness in a manner agronomist with calculation Score Relativity Agronomist (RAE) Based on the results of this study, the combination of liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer had an effect on the growth and yield of rice plants. The application of a combination of liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer at a dose level of 573.72 liters per hectare on an 80% standard dose inorganic fertilization basis per hectare gives the most optimal results in the growth and yield of rice plants
