Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil kakao yang besar sehingga mampu mendongkrak perekonomian nasional. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengolah biji kakao menjadi aneka produk cokelat yaitu PT Kakao Bhinneka Sejahtera di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Produk Milk Chocolate ‘Arai’ yang merupakan best seller memiliki banyak peminat sehingga produksi yang dilakukan cukup banyak dibanding dengan produk lain. Perusahaan tersebut memiliki visi dan misi sehingga membutuhkan produksi cokelat yang lebih banyak secara efektif dan efisien. Diperlukan pengukuran pada tingkat produktivitas sekaligus mengidentifikasi permasalahan produktivitas serta memberikan usulan perbaikan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pada perusahaan. Metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) digunakan untuk pengukuran produktivitas dan pendekatan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) diterapkan untuk pembobotan kriteria yang juga merupakan tahapan pada metode OMAX. Selanjutnya penggunaan diagram fishbone dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan terhadap terjadinya penurunan produktivitas serta memberi usulan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pencapaian produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada Juni 2022 dengan indeks produktivitas sebesar 63,258%. Sedangkan produktivitas terendah terjadi pada Agustus 2022 dengan penurunan indeks produktivitas sebesar -85,733%. Nilai indeks produktivitas mengalami fluktuasi setiap bulan selama periode pengukuran produktivitas. Penyebab penurunan performansi disebabkan oleh bahan baku tidak terstandarisasi, kurangnya ketersediaan bahan baku, penggunaan energi listrik yang berlebihan, dispensasi, karyawan kurang disiplin, dan kerja mesin kurang optimal. Usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pemilihan pemasok secara tepat, menjalin kerja sama dengan petani untuk meningkatkan kualitas bahan baku, melakukan pengecekan mesin secara rutin, memperbaiki sistem perawatan mesin, pemberian punisment terhadap karyawan, memperhatikan waktu istirahat yang cukup kepada karyawan agar tidak merasa jenuh pada saat bekerja, dan memotivasi karyawan agar produktivitas kerja dapat tercapai.

English Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest cocoa producing countries so that it can boost the national economy. One company that processes cocoa beans into various chocolate products is PT Kakao Bhinneka Sejahtera in Batu City, East Java. Milk Chocolate product 'Arai' which is a best seller has a lot of enthusiasts so that quite a lot of production is carried out compared to other products. The company has a vision and mission that requires more effective and efficient chocolate production. It is necessary to measure the level of productivity while identifying productivity problems and providing recommendations for improvements that can increase productivity in the company. The Objective Matrix (OMAX) method is used for productivity measurement and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) approach is applied for weighting criteria which is also a stage in the OMAX method. Furthermore, the use of fishbone diagrams is carried out to identify problems with the occurrence of decreased productivity and provide suggestions for increasing productivity. Based on the research results, the highest productivity achievement occurred in June 2022 with a productivity index of 63.258%. Meanwhile, the lowest productivity occurred in August 2022 with a decrease in the productivity index of -85.733%. The value of the productivity index fluctuates every month during the productivity measurement period. The causes of decreased performance are caused by non-standardized raw materials, lack of availability of raw materials, excessive use of electrical energy, dispensation, lack of discipline in employees, and sub-optimal machine performance. Proposed improvements that can be made are choosing the right supplier, cooperating with farmers to improve the quality of raw materials, checking machines regularly, improving machine maintenance systems, providing punishment to employees, paying attention to sufficient rest time for employees so they don't feel bored at work. while working, and motivate employees so that work productivity can be achieved.
