Abstract
Virus Corona Disease (Covid-19) berdampak pada banyak sektor, termasuk new normal sektor pendidikan. Di era sekarang ini, pembelajaran blended learning dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pada kondisi new normal, dimana mahasiswa dapat melakukan aktivitas belajar sehari-hari dengan beradaptasi untuk dapat hidup berdampingan dengan Covid-19. Peneliti ingin mengetahui pandangan mahasiswa tentang kesiapan blended learning pada New Normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa Inggris terhadap kesiapan belajar blended learning. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris angkatan 2020. Kuesioner terdiri dari 20 pernyataan yang terbagi dalam 8 Dimensi. Temuan menunjukkan dari dimensi kelas Online, mahasiswa memiliki jawaban yang lebih akumulatif dalam pembelajaran online tetapi masih memiliki dampak negatif karena mahasiswa kurang dalam pembelajaran online. Namun mahasiswa memiliki kekurangan koneksi internet meskipun keinginan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran kelas online. Jawaban akumulatif terendah pada dimensi tersebut adalah Self-Directed Learning, Khususnya mahasiswa mencatat saat belajar. Mahasiswa membutuhkan lebih banyak mencatat saat perkuliahan dan membutuhkan koneksi internet yang lebih baik untuk blended learning.
English Abstract
The Corona Disease Virus (Covid-19) impacted many sectors, including the education sector’s new normal. In the current era, students can use blended learning in the new normal, conditions where students can carry out their daily learning activities by adapting to be able to live side by side with Covid-19. The researcher wants to know the students of readiness for blended learning in the New Normal. The study aims at finding out to perception of English language education students toward the readiness learning of blended learning. The approach used in this research is the quantitative approach and the method of this research is the survey method. The number of participants in this study was taken samples 104 students of the English Language Education Study Program batch 2020. The questionnaire consists of 20 statements, which are divided into 8 Dimensions. The finding show from the Online classroom dimensions, Students has the more highly accumulative answer in online learning but still have a negative impact because students are lacking in online learning. However, Students have a lack of internet connection despite the desire for online class learning activities. The lowest accumulative answer in these dimensions is Self-Directed Learning, Especially students taking notes when studying. Students need more of taking notes while lecturing and need better connection internet for blended learning.
