Abstract

Salah satu eksportir edamame yaitu PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Jumlah ekspor edamame beku tahun 2021 mencapai 8100 ton dengan kapasitas produksi 10-25 ton/hari. Selama proses produksi ditemui penyimpangan melebihi batas toleransi > 5%. Tujuan penelitian untuk meminimalisir penyimpangan dan mengetahui faktor penyebab, menilai human error probability, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode six sigma dan human error assessment and reduction technique (HEART). Peneliti mengunakan data rerata penyimpangan edamame beku Maret 2022 sebanyak 9000 gr. Penelitian melibatkan responden kepala produksi, kepala quality control, dan pengawas grading. PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh memiliki kemampuan proses grading sebesar 99,96% dengan defect per million opportunity (DPMO) 39.889 dan tingkat sigma 3,83 sesuai standar industri Indonesia. Faktor penyimpangan yaitu material, manusia, mesin, metode dan lingkungan. Manusia sebagai faktor utama penyebab penyimpangan dengan HEP terbesar tugas memilah edamame sebesar 0,588. Kondisi yang mempengaruhi kesalahan dalam tugas Rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu perusahaan perlu memberikan penyuluhan tentang kedisiplinan dan tanggungjawab kerja. Memberikan edukasi postur tubuh angkat beban dan cara meregangkan otot dengan memasang poster. Meningkatkan pengawasan proses produksi khususnya grading dan pendampingan serta pelatihan khusus karyawan baru proses grading dan sortasi akhir.

English Abstract

One of the edamame exporters is PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. The number of frozen edamame exports in 2021 will reach 8100 tons with a production capacity of 10-25 tons/day. During the production process, deviations were found to exceed the tolerance limit > 5%. The purpose is to minimize deviations and determine the causative factors, assess human error probability, and provide recommendations for improvement. This study uses the six sigma method and the human error assessment and reduction technique (HEART). Researchers used data on the average deviation of frozen edamame in March 2022 as much as 9000 gr. The research involved the head of production, the head of quality control, and the grading supervisor. PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh has a grading process capability of 99.96% with 39,889 defects per million opportunity (DPMO) and a sigma level of 3.83 according to Indonesian industry standards. Deviation factors are material, human, machine, method and environment. Humans as the main factor causing deviation with the largest HEP task of sorting edamame was 0.588. Conditions that affect errors in assignments Recommendations for improvement are that companies need to provide counseling about work discipline and responsibilities. Provide education on body posture, lifting weights and how to stretch muscles by putting up posters. Improve supervision of production processes, especially grading and assistance as well as special training for new employees in the final grading and sorting process.
