Abstract

CV Arjuna 999 merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan hasil pertanian. Badan usaha ini memproduksi keripik dengan menggunakan bahan baku aneka buah dan sayuran. Selama ini, badan usaha ini tidak melakukan pengukuran produktivitas setiap bulannya, melainkan hanya menghitung keuntungan yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan. Oleh karena itu penting dilakukan pengukuran produktivitas terhadap CV. Arjuna 999, karena pengukuran produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam proses peningkatan kinerja dan mutu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat produktivitas dan faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas, serta memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas CV Arjuna 999 di masa mendatang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Craig-Harris. Metode Craig Harris merupakan metode pengukuran produktivitas untuk mengukur produktivitas total dan menggambarkan tingkat efisiensi dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara keseluruhan dengan mengasumsikan bahwa tujuan perusahaan berorientasi pada profit maksimum. Pengukuran Produktivitas diawali dengan pengukuran produktivitas parsial dari setiap input. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan membagi antara output dengan input dalam satuan rupiah, sehingga dihasilkan sebuah nilai yang disebut nilai produktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas pada CV Arjuna 999 selama tahun 2021 mengalami fluktuasi. Nilai produktivitas total tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli sebesar 1,54 dan produktivitas total terendah terjadi pada bulan Mei sebesar 0,76. Faktor penyebab produktivitas mengalami fluktuasi yaitu kenaikan harga bahan baku, pemborosan penggunaan bahan baku, kurangnya motivasi dan kesadaran tenaga kerja dan pemborosan penggunaan energi listrik dan air oleh tenaga kerja.

English Abstract

CV Arjuna 999 is one of the industries engaged in the processing of agricultural products. This business entity produces chips using raw materials of various fruits and vegetables. So far, this business entity does not measure productivity every month, but only calculates the profits derived from sales. Therefore, it is important to measure the productivity of CV. Arjuna 999, because the measurement of productivity is one of the important factors in the process of improving the company's performance and quality. This study aims to determine the level of productivity and the factors that affect productivity, as well as provide suggestions for improvements to increase the productivity of CV Arjuna 999 in the future. The method used in this research is Craig-Harris. The Craig Harris method is a productivity measurement method to measure total productivity and describe the overall level of efficiency and growth of the company by assuming that the company's goal is maximum profit oriented. Productivity measurement begins with measuring the partial productivity of each input. Then the calculation is carried out by dividing the output with the input in rupiah units, so that a value is produced which is called the productivity value. The results showed that the productivity of CV Arjuna 999 during 2021 fluctuated. The highest total productivity value occurred in July at 1.54 and the lowest total productivity occurred in May at 0.76. Factors causing productivity to fluctuate, namely the increase in the price of raw materials, wasteful use of raw materials, lack of motivation and awareness of the workforce and the wasted use of electricity and water by the workforce.
