Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan produsen minuman berkarbonasi berlokasi di Tangerang, Banten. Terdapat berbagai merk minuman berkarbonasi yang diproduksi PT XYZ, salah satunya adalah merk A Dalam beberapa periode terakhir penjualan minuman berkarbonasi PT XYZ menurun. Pada tahun 2019 penjualan mencapai angka 3,71 triliun rupiah, sedangkan pada tahun 2020 penjualan hanya mencapai 1.99 triliun rupiah. PT. XYZ memperlukan cara untuk meningkatkan penjualan, salah satunya dengan meningkatan kinerja dalam mengelola rantai pasok. Kinerja rantai pasok dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) dan penentuan prioritas perbaikan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan metode SCOR menghasilkan nilai kinerja sebesar 39,4244. Nilai kinerja rantai pasok secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori poor menandakan kinerja rantai pasok minuman merk A PT. XYZ buruk. Penentuan prioritas untuk penetuan strategi rantai pasok menggunakan metode AHP menunjukkan faktor terpenting dalam menentukan alternatif yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan adalah ketersediaan sumber daya dengan nilai 0,6496 dan alternatif yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan adalah strategi fluktuasi dengan bobot alternatif tertinggi yaitu 0,3958
English Abstract
PT XYZ is a carbonated beverage producer located in Tangerang, Banten. There are various carbonated beverage brands produced by PT XYZ, one of which is brand A in the last few periods of the sale of carbonated drinks of PT XYZ. In 2019 sales reached 3.71 trillion rupiah, while in 2020 sales only reached 1.99 trillion rupiah. PT. XYZ expressed ways to increase sales, one of which is by increasing performance in managing the supply chain. Supply chain performance can be increased by measurement of supply chain performance. Measurement of supply chain performance is done using the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) method and determining priority improvement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Supply chain performance measurements using the Scor method produced a performance value of 39,4244. The overall supply chain performance value included in the Poor category indicates the performance of the supply chain of Brand A Brand A PT. Xyz Bad. Determination of priorities for determining the supply chain strategy using the AHP method shows the most important factor in determining alternatives that are prioritized for improvement is the availability of resources with a value of 0.6496 and alternatives that are prioritized for improvement are fluctuating strategies with the highest alternative weight of 0.3958
