Abstract
Makanan mengandung zat gizi yang berbeda seperti karbohidrat, lemak, protein. Masalah gizi disebabkan oleh asupan yang salah, termasuk pola konsumsi dan keanekaragaman pangan serta keseimbangan asupan energi dan zat gizi makronutrien. Masalah gizi pada remaja yaitu anemia, KEK, dan obesitas. Faktor yang mempengaruhi asupan makanan pada keluarga yaitu sosial ekonomi yang berupa pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi keluarga dengan asupan energi dan zat gizi makro pada remaja di Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 391 dipilih dengan metode multistage random sampling. Penilaian asupan energi dan zat gizi makro menggunakan formulir Semi Quantitative Food Frequency (SQ-FFQ). Hasil Analisis menunjukkan tingkat konsumsi energi sebesar 30,1% responden tergolong normal, protein dan lemak sebesar 80,7% responden tergolong lebih dari AKG, karbohidrat sebesar 76,9% responden defisit tingkat berat. Hasil analisis Uji Spearman didapatkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan untuk kategori pendidikan ayah dengan konsumsi energi p = 0,001 r = 0,164, lemak p = 0,027 r= 0,109, dan pendidikan ibu dengan energi p = 0,004 r = 0,140 dan karbohidrat p= 0,038 r= 0,102, serta total pendapatan dengan asupan energi, lemak, protein dan karbohidrat p=0,000 r=0,499. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pen-didikan ayah dengan asupan protein p = 0,497 dan karbohidrat p = 0,053, dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signfikan antara pendidikan ibu dengan protein p = 0,652 dan lemak p= 0,147. Serta besar keluarga dengan asupan energi p = 0,904, protein p = 0,148, lemak p = 0,229 dan karbohidrat p = 0,524
English Abstract
Food contains different nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins. Nu-tritionis caused by incorrect intake, including consumption patterns and food diver-sity as well as the balance of energy intake and macronutrient nutrients. Nutritional problems in adolescents are anemia, KEK, and obesity. Factors that affect food intake in the family are socioeconomic in the form of income, number of family members, and education. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation-ship between the socioeconomic status of the family and energy and macronutrient intake in adolescents in Malang City. The design of this study is cross sectional. A total of 391 samples were selected by the multistage random sampling method. Assessment of energy intake and macronutrients using the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency (SQ-FFQ) form. The results of the analysis showed that the level of energy consumption of 30.1% of respondents was classified as normal, protein and fat of 80.7% of respondents were classified as more than AKG, carbohydrates of 76.9% of respondents had a weight deficit. The results of the Spearman Test analysis found that there was a significant relationship for the category of father's education with energy consumption p = 0.001 r = 0.164, fat p = 0.027 r= 0.109, and maternal education with energy p = 0.004 r = 0.140 and carbohydrates p= 0.038 r= 0.102, as well as total income with energy intake, fats, proteins and carbohy-drates p= 0.000 r = 0.499.
