Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap budaya organisasi, 3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior, 4) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 6) peran mediasi budaya organisasi pada kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 7) peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga perawat Rumah sakit Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 109 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi, 3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior, 4) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 6) budaya organisasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 7) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) the effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture, 3) the influence of organizational culture on Organizational citizenship behavior, 4) the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, 5) the influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 6) the role of mediating organizational culture on transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 7) the role of mediating job satisfaction on transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population in this study were all nurses at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with a total sample of 109 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that 1) transformational leadership had no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) transformational leadership had an influence on organizational culture, 3) organizational culture had an effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, 4) transformational leadership had an effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction had no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 6) organizational culture mediates the influence of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 7) job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
