Abstract

UKM Ica Sanan merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi keripik tempe di Sanan, Kota Malang. Saat ini, UKM Ica Sanan sering memasok bahan baku keripik tempe, yaitu tempe dari supplier yang berbeda. Proses pemesanan pada supplier dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 kriteria, yaitu membandingkan harga dan kemampuan supplier dalam memenuhi pesanan. Seringkali terjadi ketidakkonsistenan supplier terhadap produk tempe yang dikirim sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya kegiatan produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan urutan kriteria yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan analisis pemilihan supplier tempe di UKM Ica Sanan serta mengetahui prioritas supplier tempe Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 kiteria, yaitu kualitas, biaya, pengiriman, fleksibilitas, dan kemampuan respon. Alternatif yang digunakan berjumlah 5 supplier, antara lain Supplier Iwan, Supplier Yono, Supplier Karyono, Supplier Mul, dan Supplier Irna. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada responden ahli yang berasal dari UKM Ica Sanan. Metode FAHP dan VIKOR dipilih untuk menentukan prioritas supplier. Metode FAHP dianggap mampu mengatasi kelemahan metode AHP, yaitu hasil penilaian yang bersifat subyektif. Dalam penelitian ini, FAHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria. Metode VIKOR mampu membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan solusi dari sekumpulan alternatif pada kondisi kriteria yang saling bertentangan. Metode VIKOR digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan supplier sehingga dapat dipilih supplier yang tepat.Hasil pembobotan kriteria yang paling dominan diantara kriteria lainnya yaitu kriteria kualitas dengan bobot 0,3651. Hasil pemeringkatan alternatif dengan metode VIKOR menunjukkan bahwa prioritas alternatif dengan nilai indeks VIKOR terendah adalah Supplier Yono dengan nilai 0,2218. Dapat dikatakan bahwa Supplier Yono merupakan pilihan yang tepat bagi UKM Ica Sanan sesuai dengan kriteria yang digunakan oleh UKM Ica Sanan

English Abstract

UKM Ica Sanan is one of the UMKM that produces tempe chips in Sanan, Malang City. Currently, UKM Ica Sanan often supplies raw material for tempeh chips, namely tempeh from different suppliers. The ordering process at suppliers is carried out using 2 criteria, namely comparing prices and the supplier's ability to fulfill orders. Often there is an inconsistency of suppliers to the tempe products that are sent, causing disruption of production activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the order of criteria needed to analyze the selection of tempe suppliers at UKM Ica Sanan and determine the priority of tempe suppliers This study uses 5 criteria, namely quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness. the alternatives used are 5 suppliers, including Supplier Iwan, Supplier Yono, Supplier Karyono, Supplier Mul, and Supplier Irna. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to expert respondents from UKM Ica Sanan. The FAHP and VIKOR methods were chosen to determine supplier priorities. The FAHP method is considered capable of overcoming the weakness of the AHP method, namely the subjective assessment results. In this study, FAHP was used to determine the weight of the criteria. The VIKOR method is able to assist in decision making to determine a solution from a set of alternatives under conditions of conflicting criteria. The VIKOR method is used to rank suppliers so that the right supplier can be selected. The results of the weighting of the most dominant criteria among other criteria are quality criteria with a weight of 0.3651. The alternative ranking results using the VIKOR method show that the alternative priority with the lowest VIKOR index value is Supplier Yono with a value of 0.2218. It can be said that Supplier Yono is the right choice for Ica Sanan SMEs according to the criteria used by Ica Sanan SMEs
