Abstract
Kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang paling banyak diminati di dunia. Produksi kopi secara global dan di Indonesia memilki tren positif dan meningkat. Baik produksi biji kopi maupun konsumsi minuman kopi saat ini menunjukkan peningkatan. Perkembangan industri kopi dunia dan di Indonesia juga dapat terlihat dari banyaknya usaha kedai-kedai kopi. Banyaknya usaha pada bagian hilir industri kopi ini menunjukkan juga beragamnya konsumen kopi dalam membeli produk kopi tersebut. Setiap konsumen berbeda dan memiliki ciri khasnya masing- masing dalam membeli minuman kopi. Perilaku konsumen yang berbeda-beda perlu dipahami supaya didapatkannya informasi yang menunjang guna perkembangan dan peningkatan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia.
English Abstract
Coffee is one of the most favorite beverage in the world. Coffee production globally and in Indonesia has a positive and increasing trend. Both coffee bean production and consumption of coffee drinks are currently showing an increasing. The development of the world coffee industry and in Indonesia also can be seen from the number of coffee shop businesses. The number of businesses in the downstream sector of this coffee industry also shows the variety of coffee consumers in buying coffee product. Every consumer is different and has their own characteristics in buying coffee drinks. It is important to understand the different of consumer behavior in order to obtain supporting information for the development and increase of coffee consumption in Indonesia.
