Abstract

Saat ini 60% UMKM di Kota Batu bergerak pada pengolahan buah apel. Hal ini mengakibatkan tingginya persaingan pada usaha sejenis. Persaingan usaha menuntut pengembangan pada aspek keinginan konsumen, peminimalan pemborosan, dan keselamatan lingkungan. Permata Agro Mandiri sebagai salah satu usaha pengolahan buah apel memiliki kendala pemborosan dari sisi ekonomi yang didominasi oleh aktivitas pekerja yang tidak diperlukan. Pendekatan TBL (Triple Bottom Line) diperlukan untuk membantu meminimalkan pemborosan dengan mencari faktor penggerak penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh faktor penggerak penting dan merumuskan beberapa rekomendasi dalam peningkatan faktor penggerak tersebut bagi Usaha Permata Agro Mandiri.

English Abstract

Currently, 60% of MSME in Batu City are dominated by apple fruit processing business. This led to high competition in similar sector. Business competition demands on development of the consumer's desire, waste, and environmental safety. Permata Agro Mandiri as one of the apple fruit processing business has some constraints on improvidence from the economic side which is mainly coused by unnecessary activities of workers. The TBL (Triple Bottom Line) approach is required to help minimize those improvidence by finding important driving factors. The purpose of this research is to acquire the important driving factors and to framing out several recommendations in increasing that factors.
