Abstract
Usaha Masha merupakan salah satu UMKM yang menghasilkan produk minuman sari labu madu. Pengemasan produk Usaha Masha dilakukan secara manual oleh 2 orang pekerja. Usaha Masha mengemas minuman sebanyak 130 botol per hari dengan ukuran botol sebesar 500 ml. Postur tubuh pekerja selama proses pengemasan adalah berdiri membawa beban yang berat dan duduk bersila. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan Usaha Masha, karena pekerjanya seringkali mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal seperti rasa sakit di bagian leher, pinggang, kaki, tangan dan punggung. Penelitian postur tubuh ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya keluhan muskuloskeletal dan menganalisis tingkat risiko yang diakibatkan oleh postur tubuh pekerja selama proses pengemasan.
English Abstract
Masha Business is one of the SMEs that produces butternut pumpkin juice and any other beverage products. The Masha Business product packaging is done manually by 2 workers. Masha's business packs 130 bottles of drinks per day with 500 ml bottle size. The worker's posture during the packaging process was standing with heavy loads and sitting with cross-legged. This is a problem for Masha's business because workers often have musculoskeletal complaints such as pain in the neck, waist, legs, hands and back. This research was conducted to determine some factors that influence the occurrence of musculoskeletal complaints and analyze the level of risk caused by workers' posture during the packaging process.
