Abstract

Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) adalah salah satu dari berbagai macam penyakit degeneratif yang diakibatkan karena terhambatnya pembuluh darah arteri yang mengalirkan darah ke otot jantung. Adapun faktor risiko yang utama dan paling dominan pada penyakit jantung koroner adalah hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara asupan Poly-Unsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA) terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien rawat jalan Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) anggota Malang Community Of Cardiovascular Care (MC3). Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan metode cross-sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pasien Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) pada Malang Community Of Cardiovascular Care (MC3) sejumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling dengan pengambilan data dilakukan selama 4 bulan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar persetujuan responden, kuisioner Karakteristik, form SQ-FFQ, form 24-Hours Recall, foto food model, mikrotoa, timbangan berat badan digital, pita / alat ukur RLPP, hasil rekam medis tekanan darah, software Nutrisurvey, software analisis statistik (SPSS 16.0) menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil penelitian hampir seluruh (98,0%) responden asupan PUFA tergolong defisit sejumlah 49 orang, dan hanya (2.0%) tergolong dalam kategori non-hipertensi yakni 1 orang. Uji Spearman menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi = 0.295 >  (0,05), sehingga H0 diterima. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, yaitu faktor usia, faktor aktifitas fisik, dan tekanan darah yang terkontrol. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara asupan poly-unsaturated fatty acid terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien rawat jalan penyakit jantung koroner anggota Malang Community of Cardiovascular Care (MC3).

English Abstract

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is one of the various degenerative diseases caused by obstruction of the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle. The main and most dominant risk factor for coronary heart disease is hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the intake of Poly-Unsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA) on blood pressure in outpatients with coronary heart disease (CHD) members of Malang Community of Cardiovascular Care (MC3). The design of this study was a descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study method. The population in this study were 50 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in Malang Community of Cardiovascular Care (MC3). The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with data collection carried out for 4 months so that the average sample size was 12 people / month. The research instrument used the respondent’s consent sheet, the Characteristics questionnaire, the SQ-FFQ form, the 24-Hours Recall form, a photo of the food model, microtoa, digital weight scales, RLPP tape / measuring instrument, blood pressure medical record results, Nutrisurvey software, statistical analysis software. (SPSS 16.0) using the spearman test. The results of the study half (52.0%) of respondents classified as sufficient PUFA intake of 9 people, most (74.0%) of respondents belonged to the non-hypertensive category of 37 people. Spearman shows that the significance value  = 0.295 > a (0.05), so that H0 is accepted. This is caused by various factors, namely age, physical activity factors, and controlled blood pressure. In this study, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between poly-unsaturated fatty acid intake on blood pressure in coronary heart disease outpatients who are members of Malang Community of Cardiovascular Care (MC3).
