Abstract
Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi penimbunan plak pembuluh darah koroner jantung. Timbunan plak menyebabkan arteri koroner menyempit hingga bisa membuatnya tersumbat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan zat besi terhadap tekanan darah dan kadar Hb pasien rawat jalan PJK di Malang Community Of Cardiovascular Care (MC3). Data asupan makan didapatkan dengan cara wawancara pada responden MC3 menggunakan form repeated 24h recall dibantu dengan food picture. Tekanan darah diukur sebanyak tiga kali untuk mengetahui rata-rata fluktuasi tekanan darah responden. Sampel darah diukur untuk mengetahui kadar Hb responden. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study, metode sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 46 orang dan memerhatian kriteria inklusi dan ekskluasi, software analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah SPSS 16.0 serta software Nutrisurvey untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan zat besi responden. Hasil menunjukkan proporsi asupan zat besi responden sebagian besar kurang dengan persentase masing-masing 52,2% (24 responden) dan 56,5% (26 responden), sedangkan proporsi responden dengan hipertensi sebanyak 14 orang (30,4%). Hasil uji korelasi spearman menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan zat besi terhadap tekanan darah (p=0,513). Begitu pula dengan variabel zat besi terhadap kadar Hb, hasil menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara variabel zat besi dengan kadar Hb (p=0,612). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara asupan zat besi terhadap tekanan dan kadar Hb pada pasien rawat jalan penyakit jantung koroner di Malang Community Of Cardiovascular Care (MC3).
English Abstract
Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is a condition where there is accumulation of plaque in the coronary arteries of the heart. Accumulation causes the narrowing of coronary arteries until it can become blocked. Until now, The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between iron intake to blood pressure and Hb levels in outpatients with CHD in Malang Community Of Cardiovascular Care (MC3). Blood pressure was measured three times to determine the average fluctuation of the respondent's blood pressure. Blood samples were measured to determine the respondent's Hb level. The design of this research was a cross sectional study, the sampling method used was total sampling to 46 respondents with due observance of the inclusion and excluation criteria, statistical analysis software used was SPSS 16.0 and Nutrisurvey software to describe the iron intake of respondents. The results showed that the proportion of respondents' iron intake through repeated 24h recall was mostly lacking with a percentage of 52.2% (24 respondents) and 56.5% (26 respondents), respectively, while the proportion of respondents with hypertension is 14 respondents (30.4%). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed that there was no significant relationship between iron intake and blood pressure (p = 0.513). Likewise, there was no significant relationship found iron and Hb levels (p = 0.612). The conclusion of this study is, there is no relation between iron intake and blood pressure and Hb levels in coronary heart disease outpatients at Malang Community Of Cardiovascular Care (MC3).
