Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Superleadership terhadap Employee Engagement, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Engagement, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Employee Engagement dan Kinerja Karyawan dan pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatif pendekatan survei. Sampel responden berjumlah 240 karyawan setingkat supervisor atau pimpinan di atasnya di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Malang tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Superleadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Employee Engagement, Superleadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan Kinerja Karyawan, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hubungan tidak langsung Superleadership dengan Kinerja dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Hubungan antara Superleadership dengan kinerja dimediasi variabel employee engagement menunjukkan ada pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan. Pengaruh tidak langsung antara Variabel Percieved Organizational Support terhadap Kinerja dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja menunjukkan hasil yang sigifikan. Pengaruh secara tidak langsung variabel Percieved Organizational Support terhadap kinerja dimediasi employee engagement menunujukkan hasil signifikan.

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of Superleadership on Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, and Job performance; the influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance; the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Engagement and Job Performance; as well as the influence of Employee Engagement on Job Performance. The type of research used is explanative research survey approach. Sample number of respondent amounted to 240 employees at the Supervisor or Leadership level above at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office Malang in 2017. The results showed that Superleadership had a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction and Employee Engagement, Superleadership had a positive and insignificant effect on Job Performance, Perceived Organizational Support had a positif and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and insignificant on Job Performance, Job Satisfaction, and significant on Employee Engagement and Job performance. Employee Engagement had a positive and significant on Job Performance. Indirect relationship between Superleadership and Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction shows significant effect. The relationship between Superleadership and Job Performance mediated by Employee Engagement shows that there is an insignificant effect.indirect relationship between Percieved Organizational Support on Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction shows that there is a significant effect. Indirect relationship between Perceived Organizational Suport on Job Performance mediated by Employee Engagement shows that there is significant effect.
