Abstract
Saat ini, perkembangan bisnis di era globalisasi berkembang pesat. Salah satunya adalah bidang kuliner. Perkembangan bisnis yang semakin meningkat diikuti dengan meningkatnya persaingan antar rumah makan yang semakin menantang bagi pemilik bisnis untuk mempertahankan konsumen. Oleh karena itu perlu diteliti pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di rumah makan Seblak Bandung Endess di Kecamatan Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Teknik analisa yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F, dan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pengujian koefisien secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2), dan lokasi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) di rumah makan Seblak Bandung Endess di Kecamatan Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. (2) Pengujian koefisien regresi parsial (uji t) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel kualitas produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) (3) Pengujian koefisien regresi parsial (uji t) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel harga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) (4) Pengujian koefisien regresi parsial (uji t) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel lokasi (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y).
English Abstract
Currently, business development globalization era is growing fastly. One of this is culinary field. Increasing business development is followed by increasing competition between restaurants, which is getting more challenging for business owners to maintain their customers. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate product quality, price, and location on consumer satisfaction at the Seblak Bandung Endless restaurant in Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency. The analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, and t-test. The study showed that: (1) simultaneous coefficient testing (F test) concluded that: product quality (X1), price (X2), and location (X3) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Seblak Bandung Endess Restaurant in Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency. (2) Testing the partial regression coefficient (ttest) concluded that the product quality variable (X1) had a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). (3) Testing the partial regression coefficient (t-test) concluded that the price variable (X3) affected significantly on consumer satisfaction (Y). (4) Testing the partial regression coefficient (t-test) concluded that the location variable (X4) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y).
