Abstract

Banyak perusahaan terutama pada usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang belum menerapkan perilaku ramah lingkungan. Perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan tenaga kerja untuk ikut andil dalam kegiatan ramah lingkungan dengan mempraktikkan konsep Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terlaksananya praktik GHRM adalah kompetensi tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan sikap tenaga kerja dalam penerapan GHRM terhadap Job Performance. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan 55 sampel dengan teknik pengumpulan data simple random sampling. Sampel merupakan tenaga kerja bagian produksi di Pabrik Kripik Singkong Cap Lumba-Lumba. Penerapan praktik GHRM yang dilakukan mengarah pada penghematan energi dalam hal ini listrik dan pengolahan limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tenaga kerja dalam penerapan GHRM tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap job performance dengan nilai p values 0,212. Kemampuan tenaga kerja dalam penerapan GHRM berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap job performance dengan nilai p values 0,000. Sikap tenaga kerja dalam penerapan GHRM tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap job performance dengan nilai p values 0,468.

English Abstract

Environmental issues are important in the development of an industry. The government has taken steps to require companies to have environmental permits. However, in practice there are still many companies that ignore this environmental assessment audit. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is a concept that utilizes the workforce to engage in environmentally friendly activities. GHRM has a role not only to improve environmental performance, but also financial performance, employee welfare, and organizational performance improvement. One of the factors that can influence the success of GHRM practice is the competence of the workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, ability, and attitude of employees in the application of GHRM on job performance. The data collection used is simple random sampling. Sample in this study is 55 employees of the production department. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and SmartPLS software. This research site at the Cassava Chips Factory Cap Lumba-Lumba Mentaraman Gg 7 Talok, Turen, Malang Regency. The implementation of this research will start in June 2021. The results showed that the knowledge of the employeese in the application of GHRM did not significantly affect job performance with a p value of 0.212. The ability of the employees in the application of GHRM has a significant effect on job performance with a p value of 0.000. The attitude of the employee in the application of GHRM does not significantly affect job performance with a p value of 0.468.
