Abstract

Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana gedung sekolah sangat diperlukan bagi peserta didik untuk kenyamanan belajar. Apabila lahan sekolah kecil maka gedung sekolah harus bertingkat demi perkembangan sekolah. Membangun gedung bertingkat untuk sambungan balok-kolom SMP Petra Surabaya menggunakan metode beton pracetak (precast). Metode beton pracetak ini memiliki komponen bangunannya secara difabrikasi dengan kata lain menggantikan beton cor didalam kerangka sehingga mempermudah proses pembangunan. Metode ini pengerjaannya mudah, membutuhkan waktu pekerjaan lebih cepat, ekonomis dalam penggunaan bekisting serta mengurangi polusi udara. Metode beton pracetak ini juga memiliki kelemahan dalam sambungan balok-kolom akan tetapi pada saat dimensi balok 20/40 cm dan Panjang balok 8m mendapatkan hasil tumpuan -80543,2 kgm dan momen lapangan 62776,21 kgm, geser maksimum -37243,8 kg. Analisis pada tumpuan tulangan tarik 4D16 dan tulangan tekan 2 D13, tulangan tarik 2 D13 akan mendapat tulangan tekan 4 D19. Tulangan geser diperoleh ø8 dan jarak 250 mm. Penggunaan dimensi sebelum cor penuh sebesar 20/22,9 akan sesuai dengan dimensi semula yaitu 20/40 cm. Dimensi kolom 30/30 cm dan Panjang kolom 3,8 m mendapatkan gaya tekan 878337 kg dan menggunakan mutu f’c 35 Mpa dan tulangan kolom sebesar 4D16 serta menggunakan ø8 dan jarak 200 mm. Sehingga sambungan balok-kolom dalam Analisa ini dikatakan aman. Kata Kunci: Balok, kolom, sambungan, beton pracetak.

Evaluation of the use of the building is very necessary in order to produce appropriate and efficient school buildings to meet the standards that have been set. In this final project, I use a precast concrete system because it has the advantage of being faster, saving on formwork use, reducing air during application. Disadvantages of the precast concrete system are that it requires a large area of land, requires transportation costs and formwork installation and concrete maintenance. The use of the precast method in this plan has a mechanization function by giving hardening time so that it gets the strength of the concrete before it is installed. The manufacturing process in this factory can complete a better quality. With the precast method, the design will be carried out in two stages, namely before and after therapy and the calculation of the beams. In this final project before analyzing then determining the structural modeling and loading on SAP 2000 V20 in order to get the force to be analyzed. Then check the moments that must meet the requirements, namely Mn Mu and in the calculation of shear reinforcement. If they do not meet the requirements, the beam and column experiment process will be carried out several times in order to be able to withstand the building structure based on the strong column of the weak beam. beam process using WF steel profile with a certain distance (x). Splicing precast beams with columns that have already been installed uses scaffolding to connect the beams so that when connecting a good and proper connection. Conditions in the connection of beams must be 1/3 of the width (b) of the column in order to get a clamping support.
