Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pada karyawan tetap PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru, (2) menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Trust in Leadership pada kayawan PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru, (3) menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Trust in Leadership terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pada karyawan tetap PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru, (4) menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Komitmen Organisasional dengan Trust in Leadership sebagai variabel Intervening pada karyawan tetap PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru. Sampel yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 responden, yang diambil dengan prooposional stratified random sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif dan menggunakan alat analisis dengan pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini mengunakan softwere SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis pendekatan PLS menunjukan bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Trust in Leadership, Trust in Leadarship berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, dan Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional dengan Trust in Leadership Sebagai variabel Intervening.

English Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) explaining and analzying the effect of Servant Leadership toward Organizational Commitment on regular employee of PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru, (2) explaining and analzying the effect of Servant Leadership toward Trust in Leadership on regular employee of PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru, (3) explaining and analyzing and the effect of Servant Leadership toward Trust in Leadership on regular employee of PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru, (4) explaining and analzying the effect of Servant Leadership toward Organizational Commitment with Trust in Leadership as an intervening on regular employee of PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru. The population of this research is regular employee of PT PG Rajawali I Unit Krebet Baru. The sample used in this research is 77 respondents, which are taken by propotional stratified random sampling by using questionnaire as the method of data collecting. Data analyst used in this research is descriptive data analyst and used analyst tool with partial least square (PLS) approaches. Data proccesing of this research is SmartPLS 3 software. The result of the research by PLS analysist approaches indicates that servant leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Servant Leadership effected the Trust in Leadership significantly, Trust in Leadership gave the significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Servant Leadership has a significant effect toward Organizational Commitment with Trust in Leadership as an Intervening.
