Abstract

Determination of IMFI studied by judgmental sampling technique. The research sample is 217 employees from 13 IMFIs with 86.45 percent rate of questionnaires return. Data was collected by self-administrative questionnaire and the data were analyzed by partial least square-structural equation modeling. The research proves that there is a fitness model and shows the influence of personality factors, with servant leadership as a moderator, to the extra-role behavior (GoF = 0,238, R2 = 0,221) and also it has relevance in predicting (predictive relevance) relationship between variables (Q2 = 0,235). The personality factor are consists of agreeableness, conscientiousness, self-efficacy, and the spiritual motivation has a significant influence on the employee extra-role behavior.
