Abstract
Beberapa tahun belakangan ini PT. Agro Muko memiliki tanah mencapai seluas 22.928 hektar. Lahan ini digunakan untuk menanam sawit dimana untuk meningkatkan produksi minyak sawit mentah atau Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Perusahaan ini telah memiliki suatu bidang untuk memimpin kendali dalam bidang K3. Sistem Manajemen K3 dengan berdasarkan PP No. 50 Tahun 2012 sudah diterapkan oleh perusahaan ini. Namun, belum adanya penerapan ISO 45001:2018 yang menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam proses pengeksporan produk serta untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari konsumen dalam skala Internasional, sehingga diperlukan suatu peninjauan ulang SMK3 perusahaan yaitu SMK3 PP No. 50 Tahun 2012 agar pihak perusahaan dapat melengkapi kebutuhan dalam penerapan ISO 45001:2018 dan bersertifikasi ISO 45001:2018. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada berbagai kebijakan, fasilitas, dan penerapan aspek – aspek lainnya yang dapat mendukung adanya kesatuan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di pabrik pengolahan PT. Agro Muko dengan berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018. Setelah itu peneliti akan menggunakan metode gap analysis untuk menganalisis SMK3 yang diterapkan PT. Agro Muko dengan berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018, sehingga dapat diketahui adanya kesesuaian dan ketidaksesuaian penerapan SMK3 di perusahaan tersebut dan akan didapatkan suatu rancangan rekomendasi dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan serta dapat mempersiapkan perusahaan untuk proses sertifikasi SMK3 dengan berstandar ISO 45001:2018 agar dapat bersaing dan menjaga kepercayaan konsumen di skala Internasional. Tingkat ketercapaian dan evaluasi ISO 45001:2018 di PT. Agro Muko telah dilakukan analisis dan mendapatkan hasil akhir yang memuaskan yaitu 92,02 dari 100. Total skor tersebut merupakan akumulasi dari skor tiap klausul yang telah dilakukan perhitungan, sehingga dengan total skor tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Agro Muko telah menerapkan PP No. 50 Tahun 2012 dengan sangat baik, siap untuk melengkapi ketidaksesuaian yang ditemukan, dan siap untuk melakukan proses sertifikasi ISO 45001:2018. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi diperoleh 6 tindakan perbaikan yang diberikan untuk mengatasi 17 ketidaksesuaian. 2 rekomendasi tambahan juga diberikan guna menjaga kekondusifan dan mengingatkan para pekerja untuk senantiasa mengutamakan K3 dalam setiap tindakannya.
English Abstract
In recent years PT. Agro Muko has a land area of 22,928 hectares. This land is used to plant palm oil to increase the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO). This company already has an area to lead control in the K3 field. K3 Management System based on PP No. 50 of 2012 has been implemented by this company. However, the absence of the application of ISO 45001: 2018 which becomes a necessity in the process of exporting products and to gain the trust of consumers on an international scale, so it needs a review of company SMK3 namely SMK3 PP No. 50 of 2012 so that the company can complete the requirements in the application of ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 45001: 2018 certified. This research focuses on various policies, facilities, and the application of other aspects that can support the existence of a unit of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the processing plant of PT. Agro Muko based on ISO 45001: 2018. After that the researcher will use the gap analysis method to analyze the SMK3 implemented by PT. Agro Muko based on ISO 45001: 2018, so that it can be seen the suitability and incompatibility of the implementation of SMK3 in the company and will get a draft recommendation from the results of data analysis that has been done and can prepare companies for the SMK3 certification process with ISO 45001: 2018 standards in order to be able compete and maintain consumer confidence on an international scale. The level of achievement and evaluation of ISO 45001: 2018 at PT. Agro Muko had done an analysis and got a satisfying final result of 92.02 out of 100. The total score was an accumulation of the scores of each clause that had been calculated, so with the total score it could be concluded that PT. Agro Muko has implemented PP No. 50 of 2012 very well, ready to complete the discrepancies found, and ready to carry out the certification process ISO 45001: 2018. Based on the identification results obtained 6 corrective actions given to overcome 17 non-conformities. 2 additional recommendations were also given to maintain conduciveness and remind workers to always prioritize OSH in their actions.
