Abstract
Inflasi merupakan kecenderungan kenaikan harga barang dan jasa secara terus-menerus selama periode tertentu yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan dalam kestabilan ekonomi seperti gangguan pada distribusi pendapatan, alkasi produksi, dan daya beli masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Nilai Tukar, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Infrastruktur Jalan, Produksi Padi, dan Harga Minyak terhadap inflasi regional di Pulau Sulawesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Harga BBM (X1), Infrastruktur (X2), Produksi Padi (X3). Pengeluaran Pemerintah (X4), dan Kurs (X5) sebagai variabel independent dan Inflasi Regional (Y) sebagai variabel dependen. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder panel meliputi seluruh provinsi di Pulau Sulawesi dengan rentan waktu dari tahun 2010-2019. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini ialah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan positif dari variabel Harga BBM dan Kurs serta hubungan signifikan negative dari variabel Infrastruktur terhadap inflasi regional di Pulau Sulawesi, sedangkan Pengeluaran Pemerintah dan Produksi Padi tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap inflasi regional di Pulau Sulawesi.
English Abstract
Inflation is the tendency of increase prices for goods and services in a continuous period which can cause disruption to in economic stability including production stability, income stability, and stability of consumer purchasing power. The purpose of this research is to find the impact of exchange rates, government expenditure, infrastructure, rice production, and oil price on regional inflation rate in Sulawesi island. The variabels used in this study include Oil Price (X1), Infrastructure (X2), Rice Production (X3). Government Expenditures (X4), Exchange Rate (X5) as independent variables and Regional Inflation (Y) as dependent variable. We use secondary data panel across all provinces in Sulawesi Island in the 2010-2019 period. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of the variable fuel prices and exchange rate and significant negative effects of the variable infrastructure on regional inflation in Sulawesi island while government expenditures and rice production do not show a relationship with regional inflation in Sulawesi island.
