Abstract
Dalam melakukan suatu proses produksi di suatu perusahaan terdapat bagian dimana ia merupakan bagian terpenting, yaitu tenaga kerja. Tenaga kerja merupakan pelaksana dari beberapa aktivitas yang melakukan suatu proses produksi baik dengan proses otomatis ataupun secara manual, dan kebanyakan umkm di Kota Malang proses produksinya masih manual. Utamanya di CV. Starblock, pekerja pemindah paving masih manual dan termasuk pekerjaan yang repetitif. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penyebaran kuisoner pada pekerja di CV. Starblock, hasilnya terdapat keluhan mengenai postur kerja terutama pada bagian pemindah paving dengan rincian keluhan pada bagian atas tubuh (ULDs). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ART Tools, diawali dengan pengumpulan data waktu menggunakan Stopwatch Time Study untuk merekap waktu dan menghitung nilai frekuensi. Kemudian dokumentasi pekerja untuk penilaian metode ART Tools yang terdiri dari empat tahap yakni penilaian frekuensi dan perulangan gerakan, penilaian level kekuatan, penilaian postur kerja, dan penilaian faktor tambahan yang nantinya dari skor ART Tools tersebut akan didapatkan nilai dan klasifikasi kondisi pekerja. Dari nilai dan klasifikasi yang sudah dihitung, didapatkan hasil High risk pada tangan kanan dan kiri pada 2 pekerja pemindah paving sehingga perlu adanya rekomendasi perbaikan yang sesuai dengan kondisi pekerja. Perancangan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan telah disesuaikan dengan keluhan pekerja, yaitu Hand Palet yang digunakan untuk membantu pekerja dengan sistem pengangkatan paving yang baru; perbaikan waktu istirahat dengan mendesain ulang palet sehingga waktu siklus pemindahan paving lebih cepat; stretching untuk pekerja untuk mencegah cedera otot tangan pekerja; rotasi pekerjaan pada pekerja di CV. Starblock untuk pemerataan beban kerja; kemudian penambahan alat bantu berupa sarung tangan safety dan personal back support untuk membantu pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaan pemindahan paving, dan rekomendasi terakhir adalah usulan perbaikan metode kerja yang digunakan sebagai SOP pengangkatan paving secara baik dan benar. Usulan perbaikan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko postur kerja yang buruk saat bekerja. Penelitian ini ditutup dengan pemberian saran agar pada penelitian selanjutnya peneliti mempertimbangkan nilai sudut yang dibentuk oleh pekerja saat bekerja.
English Abstract
In carrying out a production process in a company there is a part where it is the most important part, namely labor. Manpower is the executor of a number of activities that carry out a production process both automatically and manually, and most umkm in Malang are still in production. Mainly in the CV. Starblock, paving transfer workers are still manual and include as repetitive work. For this reason it is necessary to spread the questionnaire to workers in the CV. Starblock, the result is there are complaints about work postures, especially on the paving transfer workers, with details of complaints on the upper limb disorders (ULDs). This research was done using the ART Tools method, beginning with time data collection using the Stopwatch Time Study to record time and calculate frequency. Then the documentation of workers for the assessment of ART Tools method which consists of four stages, the assessment of frequency and repetition of movements, assessment of strength levels, assessment of work posture, and assessment of additional factors that will later be obtained from the ART Tools score and the classification of conditions of workers. From the score and classifications that have been calculated, the result are obtained on the right and left hands of the 2 paving shift workers is high risk so that there is a need for recommendations for improvement that are in accordance with the conditions of the workers. The design recommendations for improvement given have been adjusted to the complaints of workers, namely the Hand Pallet used to assist workers with the new paving removal system; improved rest time by redesigning pallets so that the cycle time for moving paving is faster; stretching for workers to prevent injury to workers' hand muscles; job rotation of workers at CV. Starblock for even distribution of workloads; an then the addition of aids in the form of safety gloves and personal back support and the last recommendation is work methods as standard operating procedures that workers would follow while they are working. This proposed improvement is expected to reduce the risk of poor work posture at work. This research concludes with the suggestion that in the next research the researcher considers the angular value formed by the workers while working.
