Berliana, Filda Rizky (2020) Literature Review : Kandungan Nutrisi Daphnia Sp. Yang Diberi Pakan Berbeda. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Daphnia sp. is a natural food that is often used in aquaculture and hatchery activities. Daphnia sp. is small crustaceans that live in freshwater commonly called water fleas. Nutritional content in the body Daphnia sp. depends on the feed given. The use of various organic materials and animal waste combined and then fermented as food is known to increase the nutritional content in the body Daphnia sp. This literature review aims to determine the use of different feeds to the nutritional content of Daphnia sp. and to find out which feed produces the best nutritional content for Daphnia sp. from several organic ingredients. Organic materials used were 1.2 g / L chicken manure, 0.9 g / L bran and 0.3 g / L coconut cake, 25% chicken manure, 25% tofu pulp and 50% rejected bread, 25% goat manure, 25% tofu waste, and 50% rejected bread, 0% quail droppings and 50% tofu waste and 50% rejected bread. The results obtained in the protein content in the body Daphnia sp. the highest of 73.90% came from a combination of 1.2 g / L chicken manure, 0.9 g / L rice bran and 0.3 g / L coconut cake and the lowest 62.56% came from a combination of 25% goat manure, 25% tofu pulp and 50% rejected bread. Fat content in the body Daphnia sp. the highest of 8.84% came from the combination of ingredients 0% quail droppings, 50% tofu dregs and 50% of rejected bread and the lowest of 7.89% came from 1.2g / L chicken manure, rice bran 0.9 g / L and coconut cake 0.3 g / L. The nutritional content found in Daphnia sp. which can be seen from the results shows that there are differences in each combination of ingredients used in the analysis of protein and fat in the body of Daphnia sp. The resulting difference is thought to be due to differences in the composition of the given organic material so that the organic material produces different nutritional content for Daphnia sp.
