Abstract

Caisim dapat dibudidyakan secara organik maupun non organik media tumbuh tanaman seharusnya diperhatikan, masa pertumbuhan sayuran organik lebih lama dibandingkan dengan non organik pada saat penanaman. Selain itu keterbatasan media tumbuh menjadi kendala pada keberagaman komoditi dalam lahan sempit, sehingga hal ini berdampak pada tanaman dengan produksi yang dirasa kurang optimal. Bahan organik mempunyai potensi pertumbuhan akar akan cepat dan lebat selain itu perlu adanya sebuah teknologi untuk menunjang produksi sayuran. Sonic bloom merupakan teknologi yang diberikan untuk tanaman agar tumbuh lebih baik, sonic bloom memanfaatkan gelombang suara dengan frekuensi tertinggi, suara yang dihasilkan oleh musik dapat merangsang pembukaan stomata dan mempengaruhi gerakan karbondioksida disekitar tanaman. Tujuan penelitian menggunakan campuran media tanam organik dapat dipadukan dengan teknologi sonic bloom diharapkan pertumbuhan Caisim bisa tumbuh secara optimal dengan masa panen yang singkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan menggunakan 2 faktorial yaitu range frekuensi yang berbeda (3000-5000 Hz, 7000-9000 Hz, 11000-13000 Hz) dan campuran media tanam organik (arang sekam, cocopeat, moss) dengan perbandingan tanah, media tanam organik, dan pupuk 2:2:1. Pemaparan frekuensi dilakukan selama 3 jam, menggunakan 3 kali pengulangan. Data didapat dari pengukuran selama 3 hari sekali pada akhir penelitian, hasil pengamatan dan pengukuran akan dianlisa menggunakan uji ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Jika terdapat hasil ragam yang nyata maka akan dilanjutkan uji DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penellitianix ini didapatkan Pemberian perlakuan frekuensi gelombang bunyi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun. Pemberian perlakuan frekuensi berpengaruh nyata terhadap luas stomata daun, tinggi tanaman, panjang, luas daun, berat basah dan indeks hijau daun sedangkan pada perlakuan media tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter. Pada hasil terbaik frekuensi 3000-5000 Hz dengan menggunakan media tanam Moss menghasilkan tinggi tanaman sebesar pengukuran luas stomata daun 10809.53 µm2 tinggi sebesar 19.47 cm, panjang tanaman 29.40 cm, jumlah daun 5.33 helai, luasan daun 31.99 cm2, berat basah 5.52 g dan indeks hijau daun 32.90 cci

English Abstract

Caisim can be cultivated organically or non-organically. Plant growth media should be considered, the growth period of organic vegetables is longer compared to non-organic when planting. In addition, the limitations of the growing media become an obstacle to the diversity of commodities in a narrow area, so this has an impact on plants with production that is felt to be less than optimal. Organic matter has the potential for root growth will be fast and dense in addition to the need for a technology to support vegetable production. Sonic bloom is a technology provided for plants to grow better, sonic bloom utilizes sound waves with the highest frequency, the sound produced by music can stimulate the opening of stomata and affect the movement of carbon dioxide around plants. The purpose of this research is to use a mixture of organic planting media that can be combined with sonic bloom technology. It is expected that Caisim's growth can grow optimally with a short harvest period. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) using 2 factorial, namely different frequency ranges (3000-5000 Hz, 7000-9000 Hz, 11000-13000 Hz) and a mixture of organic growing media (charcoal, husk, cocopeat, moss) with soil ratio, organic growing media, and fertilizer 2: 2: 1. Frequency exposure is carried out for 3 hours, using 3 repetitions. Data obtained from measurements for 3 days at the end of the study, the results of observations and measurements will be analyzed using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test. If there are significant variations, the DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) will be continued at the 5% level. The results of this study found that the giving of sound wave frequency treatment had no significant effect on the number ofxi leaves. The giving of frequency treatment significantly affected the leaf stomata area, plant height, length, leaf area, wet weight and leaf green index while the planting media treatment significantly affected all parameters. In the best results the frequency of 3000-5000 Hz using Moss planting media produced plant height equal to the measurement of leaf stomata area 10809.53 µm2, height of 19.47 cm, plant length 29.40 cm, number of leaves 5.33 strands, leaf area 31.99 cm2, wet weight 5.52 g and green index 32.90 leaves
