Abstract
Dalam melakukan metode RGEC, kualitas manajemen merupakan pilar penting. Kualitas manajemen yang baik dapat diketahui dari hasil penerapan manajemen risiko dan GCG di bank tersebut. Dengan kata lain, penilaian faktor rentabilitas dan permodalan hanya merupakan dampak dari strategi yang dilakukan oleh manajemen. Pelayanan yang di berikan juga dilakukan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan internasional melalui penyediaan solusi keuangan yang inovatif, dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang baik dan berkompeten di bidangnya untuk mendorong pertumbuhan jangka panjang Indonesia dan memberikan hasil imbal balik yang tinggi secara konsisten bagi para pemegang saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian tingkat tingkat kesehatan Bank BUMN periode 2014-2016 berdasarkan metode RGEC dengan pendekatan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang terdaftar di BEI sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi dari Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang terdaftar di BEI. Untuk menganalisis kesehatan pada Bank BUMN pada tahun 2014-2016, peneliti akan menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah Nilai rasio RGEC menunjukkan predikat kesehatan bank sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh tingkat kesehatan Bank BUMN periode 2014-2016 berdasarkan metode RGEC dengan kesimpulan peringkat komposit 2, yang mencerminkan kondisi bank yang secara umum yaitu sehat. Nilai rasio RGEC menunjukkan predikat kesehatan bank tersebut sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank BUMN dengan kesimpulan peringkat komposit 1, yang mencerminkan kondisi bank yang secara umum yaitu sangat sehat.
English Abstract
In carrying out the RGEC method, quality management is an important pillar. Good quality management can be seen from the results of implementing risk management and GCG at the bank. In other words, the assessment of profitability and capital factors is only the impact of the strategy carried out by management. The services provided are also carried out in accordance with international service standards through the provision of innovative financial solutions, with the presence of good and competent human resources in their fields to drive Indonesia's long-term growth and provide consistently high returns for shareholders. The research was conducted aimed at finding out the rating of the level of health of BUMN Bank 2014-2016 based on the RGEC method with the approach of the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This research uses a descriptive method. The population in this study are all Regional Development Banks listed on the IDX while the sample used is the entire population of the Regional Development Bank listed on the IDX. To analyze the health of state-owned banks in 2014-2016, researchers will use the RGEC method (Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). The results obtained from this study are the RGEC ratio values indicating the predicate of bank health in accordance with the standards set by the health level of the BUMN Bank 2014-2016 based on the RGEC method with composite ranking conclusions 2, which reflects the condition of banks that are generally healthy. The RGEC ratio value shows the predicate of the bank's health in accordance with the standards set by the BUMN Bank with a composite ranking conclusion of 1, which reflects the condition of the bank in general which is very healthy.
