Abstract
Pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang dilakukan oleh PT Papyrus Sakri Paper Mill masih belum berjalan dengan optimal. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa tujuan perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja yakni zero accident masih belum berjalan dengan baik, karena masih adanya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi, dan itu bertambah setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa penerapan K3, mengindentifikasi besarnya bahaya dan risiko serta menentukan pengendalian risiko yang tepat pada unit produksi PT Papyrus Sakti Paper Mill. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assassement, dan Control). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi lapangan, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara. Analisis data dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko serta menghitung nilai risiko dalam bentuk skor. Hasil skor tersebut akan digunakan mengevaluasi dan melakukan pengendalian risiko yang terdiri dari eliminasi, substitusi, perancangan atau rekayasa teknis, administrasi dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat keparahan dengan nilai 216, sehingga menyebabkan produktivitas jam kerja pada tahun 2016 menunjukan angka paling rendah. Kategori bahaya yang diketahui yaitu: fisik, ergonomi dan kimia. Berdasarkan perhitungan tingkat risiko didapakan presentase accaptable 52%, priority 3 16%, dan substansial 32%. Pengendalian risiko yang seharusnya dilaksanakan yaitu pengadaan dan pembaharuan APD serta penegasan SOP yang tersedia sehingga kondisi lingkungan kerja yang baik dalam penecegahan kecelakaan kerja. Pemasangan rambu-rambu K3 sebagai warning kepada pekerja selama proses produksi berlangsung. Khusus pada proses pewarnaan ditambahkan troli untuk menghindarkan pekerja dari cidera yang berkepanjangan
English Abstract
he implementation of occupational safety and health programs carried out by PT. Papyrus Sakri Paper Mill is still not running optimally. This is because accidents still occur in the work environment. This shows that the company's goal in the implementation of the work safety program that is zero accident is still not going well, because there are still work accidents that occur, and it is increasing every year. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of occupational safety and health, identify the magnitude of hazards and risks and determine the appropriate risk control in the production unit of PT Papyrus Sakti Paper Mill. The method used in this study is the HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assassement, and Control) method. The techniques used in data collection are field observations, document reviews, and interviews. Data analysis begins by identifying hazards and risks and calculating risk values in the form of scores. The score results will be used to evaluate and carry out risk control which consists of elimination, substitution, design or technical engineering, administration and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The results showed that the severity with a value of 216, thus causing productivity of working hours in 2016 showed the lowest number. Based on the calculation of the level of risk there is a percentage of accaptable 52%, priority 3 16%, and substantial 32%. Risk control that should be carried out is the procurement and renewal of PPE as well as the affirmation of available SOPs so that the working conditions are good in preventing work accidents. The installation of K3 signs as a warning to workers during the production process. Especially for the coloring process, a trolley is added to help, facilitate and prevent workers from prolonged injury.
