Abstract
Sepatu Bordir.ID adalah salah satu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur untuk memproduksi sepatu. Dalam perkembangannya, Sepatu Bordir.ID mengalami kemajuan pada tahun 2014 dimana mulai menjual sepatu di beberapa kota di Indonesia melalui jasa reseller. Proses penjualan sepatu tersebut berawal dari reseller melakukan pemesanan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pada proses perhitungan tagihan pemesanan masih menggunakan kalkulator sehingga akurasi perhitungan tersebut masih kurang optimal. Selain itu dalam memperkenalkan produk masih menggunakan media sosial seperti Whatshapp dan Instagram sehingga dirasa kurang efektif saat memesan sepatu. Permasalahan yang lain yakni proses pencatatan maupun pelaporan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga terdapat peluang data belum diinputkan. Berdasarkan masalah-masalah yang ada dibuat solusi dengan mengembangkan teknologi berbasis website berupa sistem informasi manufaktur “Sepatu Bordir.ID” Malang yang diimplementasikan dalam framework laravel. Pada tahap rekayasa kebutuhan pada penelitian ini diperoleh 24 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non-fungsional. Adapun diperoleh 3 aktor yang akan menggunakan sistem ini yakni pihak pemasaran, pihak keuangan, dan reseller. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tahap rekayasa kebutuhan dimodelkan pada tahap perancangan dengan menggunakan sequence diagram, class diagram, perancangan komponen, perancangan basis data, dan perancangan antarmuka, dari perancangan tersebut lalu diimplementasikan pada tahap implementasi. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman antara lain HTML, CSS, Javascript, dan PHP. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode white box, black box, pengujian tahapan RAD, dan pengujian usability sehingga didapatkan hasil dari masing-masing pengujian dengan nilai 100% valid serta pengujian usability dihasilkan nilai 75 likert yang dikategorikan sebagai nilai Acceptable (sistem mudah digunakan oleh pengguna tanpa bantuan pengembang).
English Abstract
Sepatu Bordir.ID is one of the Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) engaged in manufacturing to produce shoes. In its development, Sepatu Bordir.ID progressed in 2014 where it began to sell shoes in several cities in Indonesia through reseller services. The shoe sales process starts with the reseller placing an orer by telephone or message. In the process of calculating the bookong bill stil using a calculator so that the calculation accuracy is still not optimal. In addition, in introducing product, they still use social media such as Whatshapp an Instagram, so they feel less effective when ordering shoes. Another problem is that recording and reporting process still uses Micosoft Excel so there is a chance the data has not been inputted. Based on the existing problems, a solution is made by developing a website-based technology in the form of a manufacturing information system “Sepatu Bordir.ID” Malang which is implemented in a laravel framework. At the engineering stage the needs of this study were obtained 24 functionel requirement and 1 non-functional requirement. As for the 3 actors who will use this system, namely the marketing, finance, and resellers. The results obtained form the engineering stage needs to be modeled at the design stage using sequence diagrams, class diagrams, component design, database design, and interface design, form teh design the implemented at the implementation stage. This research was developed using the Rapid Application Development method and uses programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP. Tests conductes in this study using the white box method, black box method, RAD stage testing, and usability testing so that the results obtained from each test with a value of 100% valid and usability testing generated 79 likert values which are categorized ad Acceptable values (the system is easy to use by users without the help of a developer).
