Abstract
Desa Cipelang merupakan salah satu desa menjadi sentra produksi nanas di Kecamatan Cijeruk Kabupaten Bogor. Tanaman nanas di Desa Cipelang merupakan tanaman unggulan, akan tetapi produksi nanas di Desa Cipelang terus menurun setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan 1. Menganalisis faktor- faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produksi nanas, 2. Menganalisis tingkat efisiensi teknis produksi nanas. Goal penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan produksi usahatani nanas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif penelitian ini menggunakan analisis fungsi produksi stochastic frontier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 1). Variabel luas lahan, bibit dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif pada taraf kepercayaan 99%. Variabel pupuk TSP berpengaruh positif pada kepercayaan 95% sedangkan variabel pupuk urea berpengaruh negatif dan tidak berpengaruh nyata serta variabel pupuk kandang berpengaruh positif dan tidak berpengaruh nyata. Kenyataan di lapang menunjukkan penggunaan bibit dan tenaga kerja masih belum maksimal sehingga masih ada peluang untuk menambahkan penggunaan bibit dan tenaga kerja untuk mencapai produksi yang maksimal. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan bibit dan tenaga berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi nanas. Selain itu luas lahan dan pupuk TSP juga berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi nanas. Kondisi lapang menunjukkan penggunaan pupuk TSP masih dibawah dosis yang dianjurkan dan rata-rata luas lahan petani yang terbilang sempit. Sehingga penambahan penggunaan pupuk TSP dan luas lahan akan berpotensi meningkatkan produksi nanas. 2) Tingkat efisiensi maksimum yang dicapai petani nanas di Desa Cipelang adalah 0.998, rata -rata 0.771 dan minimum 0.411.
English Abstract
Cipelang Village is one of the pineapple central production villages in Cijeruk District. Pineapple plants in Cipelang Village are superior plants, but pineapple production are decreasing every year. This research was conducted with the aim of 1. Analyzing the factors of production that affect pineapple production, 2. Analyzing the level of technical efficiency of pineapple production. The goal of this research is to increase pineapple farming production. Data analysis used is quantitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis of this study uses stochastic production function analysis. The results of this study indicate 1). variable land area, seeds and labor have a positive effect on the level signifficant 99%, variable TSP fertilizer have a positive effect on the level significant 95%. Urea fertilizer have a negative effect and not significant, and also organic fertilizer have a positive effect and not significant. The reality in the field shows that the use of seeds and labor is still not maximized so there are still opportunities to add the use of seeds and labor to achieve maximum production. This is in accordance with previous studies that showed seedlings and energy had a positive effect on pineapple production. In addition, land area and TSP fertilizer also have a positive effect on pineapple production. Field conditions indicate the use of TSP fertilizers is still below the recommended dosage and the average area of farmers' land is fairly narrow. So that the addition of the use of TSP fertilizer and land area will potentially increase pineapple production 2). The maximum efficiency level is 0.998, the average is 0.771 and the lowest is 0.411
