Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menjelaskan pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasional, (2) menjelaskan pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work life balance, (3) menjelaskan pengaruh work life balance terhadap komitmen organisasional, (4) menjelaskan pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui work life balance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari perceived organizational support, work life balance, dan komitmen organisasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling sensus/sampling total. Data diperoleh langsung dari 44 responden pada CV. Derajat Bercahaya Kuat dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance, work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan work life balance tidak memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasional.

English Abstract

The research aimed to (1) explain the effect of perceived organizational support to organizational commitment, (2) explain the effect of perceived organizational support to work life balance, (3) explain the effect of work life balance to organizational commitment, (4) explain the effect of perceived organizational support to organizational commitment with work life balance as intervening variable. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variable of the research are perceived organizational support, work life balance, and organizational commitment.The sampling technique for this research was using census/total sampling technique. Data is collected directly from 44 respondents of CV. Derajat Bercahaya Kuat using a questionnaire research instruments. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis is processed using SPSS v 25. The results showed that perceived organizational support has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, perceived organizational support has positive and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and work life balance does not mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment.
