Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap individual innovation capability karyawan Times Indonesia, (2) pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan Times Indonesia (3) pengaruh individual innovation capability terhadap kinerja karyawan Times Indonesia, (4) pengaruh tidak langsung knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui individual innovation capability. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 64 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Dawai Citra Semesta (Times Indonesia) dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Metode analisis data dalam pengujian instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistics ver.24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel knowledge sharing (X) memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap individual innovation capability (Y1), (2) Variabel knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2), (3) variabel individual innovation capability (Y1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2), (4) variabel knowledge sharing (X) berpengaruh signifikan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2) melalui individual innovation capability (Y1) pada karyawan Times Indonesia.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of knowledge sharing on the individual innovation capability of Times Indonesia employees, (2) the effect of knowledge sharing on the performance of Times Indonesia employees (3) the effect of individual innovation capability on the performance of Times Indonesia employees, (4) the indirect effect knowledge sharing of employee performance through individual innovation capability. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between the variables. The sample used was 64 respondents who were employees of PT. Dawai Citra Semesta (Times Indonesia) by using saturated samples. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. Methods of data analysis in testing research instruments using IBM SPSS Statistics ver.24. The results of this study indicate that (1) knowledge sharing variable (X) has a direct influence on individual innovation capability (Y1), (2) knowledge sharing variable has a positive effect on employee performance (Y2), (3) variable individual innovation capability (Y1) ) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y2), (4) knowledge sharing variable (X) has a significant significant effect on employee performance (Y2) through individual innovation capability (Y1) for Times Indonesia employees.
