Nadzifah, Nuraini (2019) Kajian Nutrisi Pakan Ayam Pedaging Dari Beberapa Kemitraan Terhadap Penampilan Produksi, Kualitas Produk Dan Residu Tetracycline Di Kabupaten Blitar. Magister thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Ayam pedaging diamati sampai umur pemeliharaan 35 hari.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study broiler feed nutrition from several partnerships on production performance, product quality and tetracycline residues in Blitar regency. The observed variables were feed quality (pre starter and starter), feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion ratio, mortality, IP, IOFC, percentage of carcasses, percentage of the chest, abdominal fat, tetracycline of feed and tetracycline residues of chicken thigh meat tested. The method used is a purposive sampling with a total of 12 broiler breeders from 4 broiler partnerships that use feed from different factories, each partnership is taken as 3 farms as samples. Broiler chickens were observed until the age of 35 days. The result obtained from tests of feed quality, feed tetracycline and meat tetracycline residues were analyzed by descriptive analysis while data related to feed consumption, PBB, feed conversion, mortality, IP, IOFC, carcass percentage, percentage of the chest and abdominal fat are processed by Microsoft Excel program and analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the Randomized Block Design (RCBD) and Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results of the feed analysis showed that there some feed producer from several broiler partnerships that did not meet the standards. Variance analysis results showed no significant effect (P>0.05) for feed consumption, body weight gain, mortality, IP, carcass percentage, percentage of the chest, abdominal fat, while for feed conversion and IOFC showed a significant effect (P<0.05). The results of testing tetracycline content of feed by screening (qualification) there were 3 samples detected, then from 3 feed samples were tested quantitatively HPLC showed that the sample code 220717, 220723, 220724 contain oxytetracycline residues of 0.45 mg/ kg; 0.52 mg/ kg; 0.40 mg/ kg. Screening of tetracycline residues on chicken meat in the thigh showed all were not detected. The conclusion of this research is that the nutritional quality of feeds in several partnerships with different groups of breeders varies and some do not meet the standards (SNI), the appearance of production and the quality of partnership W products show the best results, testing the antibiotic content/ residue of tetracycline in partnership X and Y feed is still detected, not detected on meat.
