Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi karyawan, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan secara langsung; (2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) pengaruh kompetensi memediasi pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) kepuasan kerja memediasi pelatihan tehadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuntitatif dimana penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di Unit Candi Prambanan, PT Taman Wisata Candi, Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 orang karyawan di unit candi prambanan. Alat analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan program SmartPLS versi 2.0 M3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi karyawan, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan secara langsung; kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; pengaruh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; kompetensi memediasi pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan; kepuasan kerja memediasi pelatihan tehadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan

English Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on employee competency, job satisfaction, employee performance directly; (2) the effect of competence on employee performance; (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (4) the effect of competence mediating training on employee performance; (5) job satisfaction mediates training on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach where the research was conducted on employees at Prambanan Temple Unit, PT Taman Wisata Candi, Yogyakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 98 employees in the Prambanan temple unit. The data analysis tool uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS program version 2.0 M3. The results showed that the training had a significant effect on employee competence, job satisfaction, employee performance directly; competence influences employee performance; the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; competence mediating training on employee performance; Job satisfaction mediates training on employee performance and has a significant effect
