Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari strategic supplier partnership terhadap rantai pasok integratif, pengaruh strategic supplier partnership terhadap kinerja usaha, pengaruh customer relationship terhadap rantai pasok integratif, pengaruh customer relationship terhadap kinerja usaha, dan pengaruh rantai pasok integratif terhadap kinerja usaha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan diempat kabupaten di Jawa Timur yang merupakan sentra produksi bawang merah yang memiliki kesamaan kondisi lingkungan yaitu, Kabupaten Nganjuk, Kabupaten Kediri, Kabupaten Malang dan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan multistage propotional random sampling diperoleh 200 petani sebagai responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategic supplier partnership berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap rantai pasok integratif, strategic supplier partnership berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, customer relationship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rantai pasok integratif, customer relationship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, dan rantai pasok integratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha.

English Abstract

The aim of the research is to, examine the effect of strategic supplier partnerships on supply chain integration, the effect of strategic supplier partnership on business performance, the effect of customer relationship on supply chain integration, the effect of customer relationship on business performance, and the effect of supply chain integration on business performance. Research method in this study was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted in four districts of East Java which are centers of onion production which have the similar environmental conditions namely, Nganjuk, Kediri, Malang and Probolinggo. The sampling technique multistage proportional random sampling was obtained by 200 farmers as respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis method with software SPSS 23. The results show that the strategic supplier partnership has a positive but not significant effect on the supply chain integration, strategic supplier partnership have a positive and not significant effect on business performance, customer relationship has a positive and significant effect on the supply chain integration, customer relationship have a positive and significant effect on business performance, and supply chain integration have a positive and significant effect on business performance.
