Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan (1) Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan, (2) Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, (3) Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (4) Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (5) Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang dibantu dengan program komputer SPSS v 23.00 for windows. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelititan ini adalah menyebar kuisioner penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional sebesar 0,440, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional sebesar 0,502, Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,199, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,202, Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,463.

English Abstract

This research aimed to determine the significant influence of (1) Work Capability on Organizational Commitment, (2) Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment, (3) Work Capability on Employee Performance, (4) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (5) Organizational Commitment to Employee performance. The type of this research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total sample of 90 respondents. Analysis of the data in this research used path analysis which was assisted by a computer program SPSS v 23.00 for windows. Data analysis method used in this research was to spread the research questionnaire. The results of this research showed that Work Ability had a significant influence on Organizational Commitment of 0.440, Work Motivation had a significant influence on Organizational Commitment as much as 0.502, Work Ability had a significant influence on Employee Performance as much as 0.199, Work Motivation had a significant influence on Employee Performance as much as 0.202, Organizational Commitment had a significant influence on Employee Performance as much as 0.463.
