Oktaviani, Diah Novida (2019) Pengaruh Pemberian Diet HFHF (High Fat High Fructose) Terhadap Gambaran Histopatologi Jantung Pada Tikus Sprague Dawley Jantan. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Obesitas is often associated with chronic inflammatory conditions that can cause damage to the cardiac. This research is amed to know the description of effect of HFHF diet (High Fat High Fructose) to cardiac histopathology of male Sprague Dawley rat. Experimental study using randomized control group posttest design was this type. This research is experimental studies using randomized control group posttest design. The subject of research is the rat Sprague Dawley maintained for 17 weeks in the laboratory Bioscience Brawijaya University are divided into 2 groups, the Group given standard normal diet AIN-93 HFHF and diet (High Fat High Fructose) with the total 36 rats. The description of the histolophthology the csrdiac includes the amount of inflammatory cell mononuklear, hypertrophy and fibrosis. Data analysis using Independent T-test. The results showed there is a difference of inflammatory cell number mononuclear (p = 0.00) and hypertrophy (p = 0.00). Inflammatory cell number mononuclear in standard normal diet AIN-93M of 40.42 ± 4.12 lower compared with diet HFHF (High Fat High Fructose) of 48.81 ± 5.05. Similarly, the size of the cells on normal diet 93M-standard AIN of 507.53 ± 37.59 lower compared with diet HFHF (High Fat High Fructose) of 539.52 ± 23.76. HFHF diet (High Fat High Fructose) also brings about the presence of fibrosis. Conclusion of this research is the awarding of HFHF diet affects the image of the histopathology of the heart which is characterized by an increase in inflammatory cell mononuclear, hypertrophy and fibrosis.
