Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang mana akan ada seiring dengan bertambahnya usia seseorang, sehingga dalam pengobatannya membutuhkan terapi dalam jangka panjang. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan terapi adalah tingkat pengetahuan yang secara langsung akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan seseorang dalam menjalankan terapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien hipertensi pada program PROLANIS di Puskesmas di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectionall pada 100 subyek penelitian yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang telah di tentukan. Tingkat pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner HKLS (Hypertension Knowledge Level Scale) dan tingkat kepatuhan diukur menggunakan kuesioner MARS (Medication Adherence Rating Scale). Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,025 (p < 0,05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,224 yang artinya menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat kepatuhan subyek. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien hipertensi dalam menjalankan terapi antihipertensi di Puskesmas di Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Hypertension is a degenerative disease which will exist as a person ages, so in that treatment requires a long-term therapy. One of the factors that can influence the success of therapy is the level of knowledge that will directly affect the level of adherence of a person in undergoing the therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge on the level of adherence of hypertensive patients to the PROLANIS program at the Puskesmas in Malang City. This study used an analytic observational method with a cross sectionall approach on 100 research subjects selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria that has been determined. The level of knowledge was measured using the HKLS (Hypertension Knowledge Level Scale) questionnaire and the level of adherence was measured using the MARS (Medication Adherence Rating Scale) questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test method. The results obtained in this study obtained a significant value of 0.025 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.224 which means that there is a positive relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of compliance of the subject. The conclusion of this study is there was a significant positive relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of adherence of hypertensive patients in undergoing antihypertensive therapy at the Puskesmas in Malang City.
